"No stars.....here we go again, no water. I just got off from working a double and I can't take a shower or cook. And I have a 172.00 water bill. 3x a week the water is off because of a leak. I care about people and I understand if you just have to move here but I'm telling you now do your homework and ask questions. I will upload all of my bills so you can see for yourself. I was skeptical at first about putting this review in because I don't want any backlash but I know that God has my back and I will be uploading pictures of the bills that they are sending so that you can see. The Ryan's are charging for amenities that we are not receiving. And for the people that say the gym is nice yeah it is but we cant us it."

"Would give 0 stars if I were able. We have been here for years, management changes every few months so nothing gets fixed. Currently our dishwasher has been out for months and we haven't had hot water for days. The complex is also infested with bugs, mold, abusers, dog waste everywhere including the sidewalks, spiders, I could go on. Don't move here, don't be fooled by empty units because the second you move in you're going to start seeing the bugs. The office was redone while occupants suffer from mold sickness, which is made worse by negligance every year. The pool has been closed for years. Stabbings, gun fights, loud obnoxious neighbors at all hours every single day, break ins and constant criminal activity."

"The office staff are very friendly and genuinely wants to help you have a Home and they are improving this place daily at the Ryan. They have a nice gym a nice office, a nice swimming, pool and hot tub and I just got to meet the maintenance team.Soreysee and Pabian and my experience with that was very great. I gave it a 10 star. If I could they are efficient kind hearted and they did a good job. Well done. I appreciate everybody at the Ryan."

"Everything you read about this place is 10000000% true, if I could give these people negative stars I absolutely would. The front office constantly and consistently messes things up and you the tenant will have to fix it or eventually pay it, when me and my significant other moved in we were charged almost 3k AFTER BEING HERE FOR 25 DAYS after paying all move in fees and the only reason we didn’t is because we recognized multiple errors on their part. The staff on multiple occasions mocked foreign tenants right in front of me for complaints of us having no mail boxes, even tho to this day and since I’ve moved in we haven’t had our mailboxes, there is no fitness center like advertised and the pool just like the mail boxes has not been operational since I’ve moved in. This place, along with its staff and property manager (who also seems to have no care that her staff makes borderline racist remarks that we have proof of them saying) is absolutely AWFUL. As a first time renter I would’ve been better off gathering a bunch of sticks and building a tent and you would too"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. If I could leave this property 0 stars I would. I lived there for 2.5 years and seen 4 different management companies come and go. All they care about is money and not the property or residence. I have been trying to get my security deposit back for 2 months and they are refusing. They lied and said I left trash in my unit when I moved out. I told them I took pictures and videos of my unit when I moved out and they then recanted their statement saying they mistook my unit for someone else’s but I had already been charged. My move out was approved due to the military clause in my lease and they still charged a $900+ termination fee. They put a few other miscellaneous charges on my account after I moved out and thought that I wouldn’t notice. April, leasing worker constantly lies and gaslights residents. The community Manager does not intervene and right her workers wrongs. Maintenance does not come and fix anything. I fixed majority of my work orders myself. I had multiple water leaks in my ceiling and they only painted over them. I kept a spotless apartment and roaches were still coming in due to to pest control but I was charged a pest control fee. I had an expensive package stolen and before I could finish my statement April rushed me out of the office advising that I make a police report and I had already done it. The pool was closed the entire time that I lived there. Every time I would go to the office they’d have a sign on the door saying that they would return shortly only to not return. One day I sat outside of the Officer for 3 hours waiting for them so be done with lunch and no one came. I can go on and on about how terrible this property was. The units are old and outdated. Do not fall for the pictures online. The parking policy changes every time management changes. My husband is in the military and deployed to Europe and they threatened to tow his car because his name was not on the lease. The property is filthy and trash can’s constantly overflowing. The valet trash service pick and choose when they want to come get your trash. The crime on the property is getting out of hand."
