Vista 121 Apartment Homes 2241 South State Highway 121, Lewisville, TX 75067

"I moved out summer of last year. However, when I moved out, the apartment administered damage charges of $396.00 ($30 for oven cleaning, $96 for carpet cleaning, and $270.00 for retiling the tub). I admitted the oven needed cleaning. However, the leasing office could not provide a reason for the $270 charge and stated the carpet cleaning charge was from "indentation of furniture on the carpet," which is textbook wear and tear (unless they do not expect you to have furniture). Nevertheless, I attempted to get a reduction of bogus charges multiple times, which was met with a hang up by the office manager (Angelique) and them sending the bill to a separate billing group. There, the billing group noted that I could appeal, which I did, but the only inquiry they ask Vista 121 was "do you stand on the charges?" All Vista 121 had to do was say "yes" and that was it for the protest process. Now, I must interact with a collection agency and corrective action to my credit, which I will. But not before I do the little I can to inform people. This apartment has bad business practices and that just should not fly in this day in age. You will be charged damages regardless of what you do (another couple I helped move out of Vista 121 reported similar situation). I would not recommend this apartment. As a noted, if you are looking at apt 1129, the woman upstairs stomps a lot and Vista 121 will do nothing about it."

"I lived at Vista121 previously and loved it. It is a quiet and clean community. I decided to move back here recently and went to see Angelique in the leasing office. She was great! Very nice and down to earth but, professional as well. They were short staffed on this particular day but, she still sat down with me and took her time to answer all of my questions. She was able to help me make sure I had everything I needed before putting my application through. I enjoyed working with her and I am excited to have her as the office manager at our home!"

"This property is so beautiful, when I came for a tour Angelique was assisting someone (while on a boot) and still greeted me with a smile and stated she will be with me shortly. I informed her on the unit I was looking for and she states it's not available to view but offered to show me another unit that's somewhat similar, I felt so bad because I knew she had a boot on but she was adamant about showing me the property. The unit she showed me was super clean, the parking lot didn't have any trash, the gym has a rock climbing wall and new machines. The pool is just a bit small but the area is nice to put meat on the grill. The office is super pretty and decorated very nicely it's gorgeous and the entire staff is super pretty and nice. I ask a lot of questions and can be annoying at times but they were very welcoming and explained things to me to very detail. I signed my lease and will be here for at least a year so I plan to revisit this review. I'm so excited!"

"I have been living here almost a year now. Hector was wonderful with the leasing process, he definitely solidified my choice to stay here. The prices are fair, the amenities are great, and there's ample parking. I love that it is a smaller complex, close to main highways, yet still pretty quiet. Angelique has been so helpful with a maintenance issue we had. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, willing to explain the repairs, and does quality work as well. When the A/C went out in the middle of summer, they were there within the hour. I highly recommend living here. The only issue I have had is with the company that seals/reseals the bathtub. They had to redo it in August, and are having to redo it now. I am unable to stay in my apartment while they reseal it, so it is frustrating to find somewhere else to stay during this. Especially as I pay to stay there. That said, they are an external contractor so Vista121 is not at fault. Ideally there would be a change in companies so the resealing doesn't crack within 6 months."

"Arath is such a nice guy. He helped us with all the application documentation and made sure we had the right documents. Overall I had a great experience. The manager Angie is such a nice lady I only met her for a little bit but she helped us and checked on it for us. Overall this apartment is great from the building to the people. It is a real luxury."
