"Rent here at your own discretion. I am a current resident and I was happy here until things started breaking and leaking. The management is ridiculous. They have no structure and one person will tell you something different than the next. The manager and his assistant were both extremely unhelpful and they refused to give me the contact info of their boss. The maintenance is subpar and they will mark your request as completed without actually completing them. The amenities have been broken down for the past 4 months and they are not as nice as they make them. Just come visit the property and see for yourself. I will NOT be renewing my lease. I’d rather pay my money elsewhere for actual property management. Update: I’m just home from work and all I wanted was a HOT shower but the water is cold and now me and my 3y/o have to take cold showers. And they wonder why I am not interested in renewing my lease. This is ridiculous!!"

"So when I moved in in 2021-2022 around that time…. I can’t remember the exact dates but I literally stayed maybe two months due to the infestation or roaches and bed bugs… I bought all new furniture and beds and everything…. I kept putting work order after work order and nothing got fixed… the AC never worked at all… management entered my apartment without 24 hour notice just to look through all my stuff which I have cameras that I had in my apartment…. Then when I moved out they sent a notice after I already moved out and know it’s on my credit…. So don’t rent there at all… they are slumlords and don’t fix nothing…. They lie and say they never got work orders when they do…. They delete work orders out of there systems so when they go to court with fraudulent paperwork…. So I reported them to the better business bureau… and now I have to get a lawyer involved so I can get this off my credit report"

"19Twenty is a great complex for the price. The apartment managers will tell you that building 4 is a bit older, so the ac doesn't work as well, hence the price. Knowing that, the experience is wonderful! Maintenance comes at a timely manner and you can always rely on your apartment managers to get maintenance in quicker when you have an emergency. Claudia and Javier have the biggest hearts and they have always welcomed me into their office with a smile. They have always been happy to help me in a time of need, no matter what problem I was facing. The location is also perfect for me as a TWU student. I've had several apartments in Denton as a student, and when you are looking for the best quality for the best price, I will always recommend 19Twenty."

"The review I initially posted exposing this awful apartment complex got deleted. So I will save this to repost just incase it happens again, I cannot allow someone to rent here and go what we’ve gone through since the moment we walked in. There is a long list of issues but I will try to focus on the most important ones 1. They changed our apartment unit last minute so we didn’t get to look at the one we would end up living in 2. They allowed us to move into a roach infested apartment (no wonder they showed us a completely different apartment when we went to look at them) we kept count and killed around 200-300 roaches JUST in the first night, pest control didn’t show up until a few weeks after our move in day, spent $50 on roach killer and traps and our appliances were infested so we couldn’t cook 3. It gets unbearable in the summer because the AC is awful, even with two window units we were still miserable 4. Maintenance is very unresponsive 5. Javier (the office manager) is kind and respectful but if we voice our concerns to Juan, the other manager, he is very rude and always just tells us to make a request online. 6. Even after complaining to the office about the various problems we face on a day to day basis, they take weeks to respond to any maintenance requests (or just don’t respond at all) and then do a half done job if/when they finally show up. 7. Don’t move here if you want any type of peace and quiet because you will never get any. There’s always someone blasting loud party music or people yelling and screaming outside. 8. We’ve had to complain about our neighbors disrespecting our vehicles (sitting on them, sitting IN them, etc) 9. One of the maintenance guys stole something expensive out of the storage closet that our neighbor gave to us the key to use. They admitted to taking it (which they said they just threw it away) but said there’s nothing we would be able to do about it to get it back. They flat out just do not care about any of their tenants, it is a very good price for rent but do not be fooled!"

The management allows the mind crew to disrespect and do what they wanna do to the paying tenants. And I’m tired I am disabled that I’m having over my lease as put me in the hospital at least once I Encourage no one To rent at this apartment complex under the present management"
