"Nice community but hate living here due to barely having hot water. If you take normal hot showers 15+ min highly do not recommend living here. Units have small water heaters and hot water does not last more then 10-15 min I literally have to turn off the water mid shower and wait for the hot water to return. I have lived here 6 months now and put in multiple maintenance request complaining about hot water and shower leak but I was told 15 min hot water is good. Lol 15 min for a female with long hair is not a great shower. I have not enjoyed one shower or have not been able to shower longer than 15 min without it getting freezing cold. Not sure if other units hot water last the same if so idk how people live here. To add to this my water bill is high for a 1 bedroom it has increased to $120 which I don’t understand why it’s that high when I barely get to enjoy a shower here and any other apt I’ve lived at I’ve never paid this much for water."

"Living here was the worst mistake of my life the leasing consultant DeMarre Carrier was so unprofessional many times tried to check me on so many occasions and has told me false information, when i try to talk to another consultant she butts in the conversation on the other hand the complex charges for every little thing plus the lady that lived below me was rude and loud even came to my door beating on my door complaining my first apartment experience was horrible and wouldn’t recommend living here! Josh & Gabby is recommend if needing assistance:)"

"The apartments are very spacious!! The Closets and bathrooms alone are definitely worth every penny. The grounds are clean, so far it’s been pretty quiet. No need for extra stand alone fans or anything, their ceiling fans are extremely powerful. The office staff has been so patient and helpful every step of the way. My fav little feature in the kitchen has been the under the cabinet lighting, it’s a must when cooking. Love this place!!!!"

"I chose to move here as my first place for my parents house and it has been nothing but great. The staff is caring the property stays clean. They even go the extra mile to clean the foyers routinely. Maintenance is always quick in response and ready to help."

"I have recently moved this apartment complex and I could not be happier with my decision. The complex is well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and a clean appearance from the outside. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-appointed with quality appliances and finishes. The open-concept design makes it feel even larger and more comfortable. Additionally, the facilities provided in the complex are top-notch. The fitness center is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a great workout, the pool area is relaxing and well-kept, and the clubhouse provides a perfect space for socializing and entertaining guests. What I love most about this complex is the friendly and professional staff. Thank you Kelly, Courtney and demarre for answering my million questions since before I moved in, they made me feel welcome and have been responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have had. They take pride in providing high-quality service to their residents and it truly shows. All in all, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home."
