I love the property, the pool is beautiful, the units are super spacious and Michelle is such an amazing person to work with. Her tour made us feel like we were already home. We pray we get approved and can experience this home and care for as long as we live here."

"So, I lived here for 2 years and it’s been an interesting experience to say the least . The front office staff is generally nice and helpful. The maintenance people will walk in even if you ask them to contact you first. Sometimes they call sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they solve issues fast sometimes they take a few days. The main issues I had are with the AC that never got fixed and the roach issue that never got resolved. This place is in an interesting part of Arlington but never would I have expected to be barked at by a grown man on all 4s in the parking lot while trying to walk my dog. You get what you pay for here. It was a lot better a few years ago but it is what it is. I wish they have someone actually trained to fix ACs and not some random guy that does not want to be there. I hope that this place can fix its issues so it can become a great place to live."

"Moved in this summer. 100°+outside. The AC was broke up until yesterday(meaning it was also 100° INSIDE the apt), their sinks suck, no ceiling fans, charged me a pet fee when I don't have a pet, and it takes forever to get any type of response from the manager. Also, they refuse to refund me for two $500 electric bills from this summer. However, the office staff ladies are lovely. Very polite and professional."

"This apt management is terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. 1 maintenance man for multiple complex. Nothing actually gets so called fixed. No one returns your calls on emergency issues. It will take at least 3 weeks or more to get anuthing so called fixed. Example dishwasher took 2 months. Summit will charge the residents 100% of the water it's allocated. It can easily be $200 per resident for water charge. In the summer we have paid as much as $300 for water. The apartment was built in 1980 and nothing has been renewed include Sewage pipes and electric wiring in homes.. Just covered and called renovation. There have been 4 fires in the last 4 years. 2 major. Office burned to the ground and one entire apt buildings 8 family lost their home. The assistant manager has no knowledge of anything. Not her fault though. The manager is never here and won't contact you for any reason. If you still want to live at twenty-one 15 apartment. Your a complete moron who has no intention if being treated well and you don't care about being ripped off."

Despite the new leasing system challenges the leasing team was going through, she was still flexible and made my move in very smoothly and efficient!
