"Forewarning do not move here since I moved in in September 2023 a new management company has taken over which seemingly sounded great whenever it first happened I’ve put in numerous maintenance request for roaches as well as fixing my windows because they are all made of plexiglass the first time around, they put clear silicone didn’t even put the window inside of the frame I put another request over the weekend they came to “fix” today and used aluminum duct tape when I called the office. The woman that I spoke to was very nice explained that she was not a maintenance person but she would get an update and call me back as to win a regular window would be put in. She did call me back shockingly, but she stated because other people in the complex are not paying their rent is why things like my window can’t be fixed even though I pay my rent on time every single month and have since I’ve been here. I’ve been said so, because other people in the complex have not paid their rent therefore, the management company isn’t making their money which is why my windows can’t be replaced, so will I get a discount on the electric bill that I have to pay through TXU she could not answer I also have been charged utilities base fees every month since I’ve been here in my lease it specifically says they will be deducted before sent out to tenants for allocating utility costs. She did not have an answer for that as well. I most likely will be pursuing a lawyer at this point. Extremely disappointed!! I loved here to get a bigger home for my children and I and have been disappointed from the get go."
"Knowledge is key. I've lived here for a few years. Have met some pleasant staff members. But they don't stay long. If I known what I do now I probably wouldn't have chosen this place. You put in work orders with other staff members who has come and gone. Then you tell the new hire what was to be fixed and it doesn't get fixed either. Then another set of people come and it doesn't get done. Then another set of staff members say give us a chance and they do the same cycle. I come home today and find a note saying I'm in Violation because I had a floral arrangement on my door. But yet you can't get them to repair water leaks,kitchen sink problems, upstairs neighbors water came down into my bathroom my floor was full of water but they never answered. Maybe if the tenants came together as a United force. And get the Code Compliance out here then just maybe the Corporate office will come out here and see what's really going on if they care about the units and the people that pay there rent. Without tenants there would be no jobs for the office people. Why should staff members be so quick to put notices on doors. But don't put orders in to repair tenants requests. This place has such roach infestation . It doesn't matter if you live clean. The problem is it's just nasty to see even while cooking . So Sir,or Madam. Don't be so quick in hast. Unfairness Comes from this office daily. The Creek On Calloway Apartments. So Corporate what are you willing to do to make changes.. You can let me out of my lease. I'll be fine with that. "Please take heed to these reviews and what people are saying. Even if you are desperate, do not move here. You’re better off living in a shelter or hotel!!! Corporate is a complete joke! Rhonda Jones is the worse person to walk the earth and work for a complex. My family has had nothing but issues since moving in since October of last year. They changed management again since then. Can you believe this lady changed the lock on our mailbox and didn’t inform us and gave my key out to another resident then refused to give us a key when we went up there! Wanda called the police and said she was being held hostage and the police came thinking it was a hostage situation. Then she refused to give her name at first to the police. We finally got the key but as a black man being lied on and calling the police saying you’re held hostage when police kill black people everyday. This is unacceptable and all corporate do was sound shocked and apologized! I wish I was lying y’all. I’m crying as I write this. Run forever from this place and never turn back. I’m begging you. Pick anywhere else!"
"Moved here from Louisiana, by far the worst complex I’ve lived in , from the management, the maintenance, the random power outage, to the roaches. I’ve been living here for 4 months when I moved in there were multiple things that needed to be fixed and replaced that still have not been til this day. There’s new management every other month, like they constantly struggle to get things done. I had a metor blew out on the cold snow days last month which resulted in me not having any power for going on 3 days, mind you it was only my apartment unit that had no power. I called multiple times for maintenance to come out and it took 2 days for them to come out and when they did they didn’t immediately fix the issue. I lost food and have to book rooms at hotels because it was way to cold to stay in my apartment , I asked for some sort of compensation and was told that they issued was not on the complex which was bizarre because it was the outside metor of the apartment that blew out. As well as with not having power or heat for that long period of time that resulted in to my microwave completely shattering once the electricity actually came back on from it being so cold in the apartment, as well ask the paint peeling in the bathroom tub and walls,hot and cold don’t mix well. I’ve been trying to get my microwave fixed for weeks now. A 3rd party contractor made a copy of the key to fix my microwave, and end up never fixing or replacing the item, which makes me feel very unsafe because why make a copy of a key of the project wouldn’t be started or completed? The office will call and tell me maintenance will fix today or tomorrow and no one never shows, I go to the office and get told that they probably got backed up with other orders. As well has the office phone lines being down, which is a great inconvenience. Will not be renewing my lease. Hoping for better management."
"This is by far the worst management and maintenance I’ve ever heard of. My son moved in on 9/23/23. He reported the issues with the apartment immediately. Took 2 weeks to get a refrigerator. Still as of today, washer/dryer connections STILL NOT WORKING! A/C leaking. And although he has 2 vehicles registered with the apartments, one vehicle has been towed 2 times. When he tries to reach out to them no answer. When he returns from work NO ONE IS THERE! This place is a sham and a farce. And they should charge the roaches rent since they are so heavily populating the entire complex. To call them trash is actually a compliment"
