The Parc at Bakers Pointe Apartments 7120 Baker Boulevard, Richland Hills, TX 76118

"I’ve lived in my house for 25 years and the last two years have been frustrating. All because of The Parc at Bakers Pointe Apartments. Every week it’s the same issue. My wife and I have contacted them a solid 10 times, we’ve been respected about the issue of their trash doors being left open. It’s causing trash to blow all over my side of the street and into my yard. It’s disgusting and not right, I have to go clean it up weekly! I have daughters who are young and they’ve seen nasty trash and I have to caution them before even going for a walk because it’s constantly building up on my side. Even used toiletries have been in my yard from ripped open trash bags that gave piled up! Prior to two years ago these doors were shut and only opened on the day the trash truck came. Then afterwards the maintenance crew would come back and shut them. They only opened them when the complex needed to use them. I’ve told them due to the door’s being open at all times people come and dump extra trash who aren’t residents. Causing the extra build up of trash blowing into my yard. It’s not fair and it’s honestly disrespectful. The fact we’ve done everything we can to have this issue addressed properly and been kind and respectful to them even though this is a hassle on our end is frustrating to say the least… I’ve even emailed the owner of this property, called, & left voicemails with no response.. I sure hope someone who has some dignity will resolve this. Because if the roles were reversed and this was affecting them and their families they wouldn’t like this either."

"My grandmother lives there currently and I am out of town. I am constantly calling to reach the front desk throughout core business hours and it is extremely difficult reaching someone. A normal business should respond and be available. If they are short staffed, they should not constantly go up in rent every year with low quality amenities and this is for elderly community. This is totally taking advantage and if you have low staff or no staff to answer calls, lower the rent and have responsive maintenance workers and better equipment. My family members have actually fixed stuff in my grandmother's apartment themselves because of long delays. The truth must truly be told. This community deserves better."

"I've only been here a short time having moved in near the end of February of this year so the MAIN thing that'd be of interest to anyone reading this review would likely be to let you know what to expect when you come to check it out. That would be Kym & she's the greatest. The day I came by I had had a pretty lousy day, I had been out looking for a place to call home. Having spent a year+ with family while going through a divorce DIDN'T have me sitting pretty if you know what I mean. Anyway, budget was certainly a factor & I had seen some nightmarish properties that day. On the verge of tears, expecting another horrid experience.... I decided to stop at one last place...I'm SO glad that I did! Kym was personable & full of information. I had to come back another day to see an apartment as it was already late in the day but I can honestly say I've found the place I'm supposed to be!! Since moving in, I've had 3 or 4 opportunitied to communicate with Kym & I must say that she never fails to make my day & any issues discussed are handled quickly & professionally Not to mention the apartments are pretty cool as well!! Lol?."

The Parc at Baker Point is a very nice Community to live in very quiet neighborhood well kept. My apartment feel so cozy just love it here.
