"I've lived here since 2021 & haven't had any major issues. When I moved in, I did have some issue's with the previous manager at the time by her making promises to me that things would be taken care of before I moved in, but they weren't. Since the current Manager Pamela got here in July last year things have gotten done! The pool was closed when I moved in & I heard it's been closed for many years. Well the pool was finally fixed in August of 2022 & has brand new pool furniture! I'm looking forward to spending some time out there this year!"
"I thought this would be a good place to live. I was wrong. It took 4 months to get a dishwasher, I have had raw sewage in my bathtub 3 times and in the parking lot and on my car. Now I don't have water to my dishwasher and I reported it last week and they still have not gotten it fixed. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to move. The rent went up then they add sewer, water, pest control, trash and whatever else they can add on. I would think twice before renting."
"Let me start by saying that the complex looks great since the new management took over. That being said, the pool has been open for a matter of weeks in 2 years. If you live in an upstairs apartment, not only will you face a $400+ electric bill in the summer but you will also have to deal with the apartment rarely being below 90 degrees in the day and if you talk to the office they will try to convince you it's normal. I had to buy a portable air conditioner for EACH room to keep it around 80 degrees in the summer. Maintenance is great when they aren't so busy that they can actually get to you. Unfortunately they only have one that is reliable. Neighbors are great, never much noise. The Texas summer and the poor ownership/managers are this properties big downfall, I'm not sure how they compare to other sunridge managed properties as I haven't lived at another, but I honestly expected better from such a big management company when they took over. Again GREAT APARTMENTS IN THE WINTER (I'd easily give 5 stars were it not for the poorly cooled apartment in the summer,)"
