"Been here since 2015 it was all good til new management came. When Amber was here maintenance always come the same day you call, all complaints/issues were solved right away.. now its so hard to contact them through phone, they barely answers on email too like they used to when Amber was here. And they are rude!!"

"Worst management and worst maintenance staff. They NEVER answer the phone. Never do any requested service or maintenance on time. We always have to request on the website and go to the office to ask many times until they do their job. The new management and staff are no better than the old ones. We lived in two different buildings here and they both are not prepared properly and we had roaches in both of them and we have to ask a million time before they tell the pets control to come. I honestly don’t know how they got these good ratings they must be writing them for themselves."

"I've been living in this apartment for a month now, and I'm deeply disappointed with the ongoing roach infestation issue. From the very beginning of my tenure here, I've raised multiple maintenance requests regarding this problem, but unfortunately, there has been no significant improvement. The presence of roaches in my apartment has made my living conditions uncomfortable and unsanitary. Despite my efforts to keep the space clean, the roaches persist, and it's affecting my overall quality of life."
