"I want to say thank you God first of all and also thank you very much to Ms Erin Pennington the community manger there she has really helped me with my issues and I don't even stay there at that property but I stay at thier sister property tides on boca raton south I just want to say that God sent me to talk to Ms Erin she is a angel I wish I could have rented from them instead of from the south but everything happens for a reason if anyone needs a good apartment to rent from I recommend rent from this property she is a good manger and has good maintenance workers as well that are good and that will get the job done"
"People steal your stuff as you move in and out so don't be away for more than 10 min. Management is a nightmare they will tow your car in less time than that. Had my car smashed into by another car. Filed a police report nothing ever happens. It's a lawless, and crab in a barrel place. German roaches every where, litterly, the worst kind. Even when you move, they will still stay in your belongings. Run away from the here!!"
"Your maintenance requests will never be answered, basically if you move in here expect to fix everything yourself. I’ve been waiting a month to even get a response. If I don’t hear back in a week from the emails I’ve sent I’ll come back and update y’all on the nasty living conditions I’ve had to deal with lately. Update: the most disgusting unlivable apartments. My dishwasher is broken and flooding my kitchen with nasty mildew water. No one came to fix it. My bathtub and shower don’t work. My floor is peeling up. Not to mention I pay $1300 a month for a COCKROACH AND GNAT INFESTATION. I keep a clean house. I pay pest control and they come out every single week - no difference whatsoever. I have to take myself and my children to family’s houses just to shower and bathe. Management has been 0 help, they don’t care about you. They’ll say “oh we’ll work on it” and then you will never hear back!!! These apartments are trash. Unlivable. Save yourself the headache and misery and please go somewhere epse!! UPDATE: It’s been 5 months. We are under new management again. DO NOT RENT HERE! These apartments need to be torn down."
"Idk why anyone would willingly choose to live here. It is 7am on a Tuesday and ALL gates are hanging wide open for just anyone to walk in. This isn't the first time, in fact this is a longstanding issue for several years, ever since the original owners sold the place to Madera Residential in 2015 or so. What's the excuse this time? All the gates are broken? They are down for repair? Please, I have heard it all, and the result is always the same - THE GATES DO NOT CLOSE. You are paying for a gated community, yet the gates do not work. I dare the owners to reply to this review giving me any excuse or saying that the gates do in fact close, and PROVE TO ME that there is a legit issue with the gates. There are also little side gates in the parking lot that isn't fenced in - I didn't test it, but it has a history of being unlocked. That gate has a number/card pad that is supposed to open the gate. These photos aren't bogus - I am far away enough to not trigger the gates, IF they were working. I am also on a 250 lb scooter, so it is highly unlikely that I could even trigger the gate to open. Next, another reviewer mentioned trash. I was appalled to see numerous dumpsters thruout the complex, several overflowing. The smell was terrible. Having an apartment close to the trash must really suck. I could smell the trash thru my helmet. There are also cars parked along the street, in front of no parking signs. I am going to automatically assume those belong to people at the apartments. I kid you not, I witnessed a guy walk from his apartment to his parked car that was down the street in the residential area (not by the school). It is sad that people have to pay such high prices for these apartments, and no matter the owner, they are still just low-tier, junk apartments. I would never recommend anyone live here, even if you're completely desperate."
"I wouldn’t recommend this apartment or any other associated with it. From the day I signed my lease until now it has been a horrible experience. I had to deal with my whole apartment being flooded for 4 months. My balcony kept overflowing with dirt and mud. They never fixed it. Insects such as ants, beatles, cockroaches and Etc. No one came and took care of that. My front shower must’ve had a busted pipe. They never fixed it regardless of a work order. Faulty electrical units. It’s a very messy apartment and establishment. Almost 3 inches of rain inside my apartment therefore mildewing in the walls. I wouldn’t recommend."
