"I lived here 5 years ago, the rats and plumbing issues come free of charge. The heat worked, never. I had to sue for my deposit back, which I won, and these people still haven't paid me. It's been a total of about three years I've been trying to get my $450 deposit back. No return calls, no nothing.. I don't care how desperate you are go to the apts across the street. 0 stars would not recommend."
