"Been here 3 yrs plus and it has its problems, gym has been under construction since I moved in they barely replaced the equipment after years. Laundry facilities ppl with take ur clothes or move them even tho I pay for my stuff. I’ve had clothing stolen. Park sign and towing went up no there’s a visitor section, helps my neighbor out since she told me she has to call tower so often for her spot. Water issue lot of it the yrs I’ve been here they constantly turn in off thought the year I even had my place flooded first moving in. I got tired of calling maintenance bc they never fix it properly. My unit it in the 2600 maybe certain areas are less prone to damage since it is an old complex. I wished they put pin locks on everything so it’s residents only I’ve had stuff stolen from laundry and luxur box."

"I moved in about 2 1/2 weeks ago and let me tell you, these apartments have been my blessing. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained, everyone minds their own business and there isn’t loud music even on the weekends. Brianna, Erica and everyone in the office have been so nice, accommodating, and have always been there to answer my questions and make sure I’m settling in comfortably. I definitely have enjoyed living here and looking forward for the years to come. I also love how close it is to everything. And even with me getting the basic apartment, it is super nice and very spacious. Thank you Woodhill. Id definitely recommend."

"My boyfriend and I both we really excited to move in at first as it was our first apartment, we didn’t last our whole lease due to major foundation issues. Our apartment kept flooding and every time we called to get update nobody was willing to give us an update,instead the manager told us that it was a “nature issue not maintenance”When we brought up that the water damage made our apartment smell like mold they didn’t seem to care. We do not recommend these apartments to live in. They don’t not care about you or your health."
