"We visited this location Monday, and it looks very nice. We were only at the office, and we talked a very nice lady named Bailey. We were talking about has this location accepts housing, but the way it works is you have to make a certain amount of money before the vouchers. Waaauyyy beyond my pocketbook! We made an appointment for Wednesday at 11am. Yet something came up, and I was going to let the young lady know that we couldn't come due to the change of plans...I called and called and called, but the lines were TOO BUSY, so I decided not to call anymore, and now this all messed up our plans! Looks like someone could have picked up the phone! Were y'all too busy to answer the phone??"

"Alta Denton Station is a lovely new complex. They have pristine amenities, which feel like a five star hotel. I enjoyed my cheerful and beautiful apartment with spacious, walk-in closets, washer dryer in unit, etc. Kitchen is gorgeous with a lovely island. Wonderful cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms. The garage I got is awesome and spacious. The only complaint I have is that the concrete stairs and concrete halls on the upper floors seem hard to clean, so if someone spills, or mud gets tracked, it just eventually seems to stain the concrete. Otherwise, though, the grounds are gorgeous, staff very helpful and friendly, convenient location. Highly recommend!"

"So I've only lived here for a couple weeks, but I have been blown away, totally impressed with every facet of my new home and the apartment management and maintenance staff. I had a very minor service issue, so I opened a maintenance ticket, planning to check up on it if I hadn't heard back in 3-4 days. Imagine my surprise when my issue was addressed in less than 24 hours, with a note left by the maintenance tech to tell me what they had done. Stunned. Pleased. Well and truly chuffed! My apartment is beautiful, the grounds are tidy and well kept, and the leasing office staff is responsive, considerate, and knowledgeable. I look forward to making this complex my home for quite some time."

"Toured with Bailee awhile ago and she was great! Have not signed a lease yet due to my move date being summer of 2024 but I definitely will be leasing once my date gets closer. The property is very beautiful and clean. The finishes are very modern and up to date. High recommend this property."
