"I moved in a little over a year ago to a brand new apartment and they are on the 3rd management company. I’m praying that this one actually does the job. I like the actual apartment I live in, but the complex as a whole is not anywhere I would recommend to live. The cleanliness of the hallways has consistently been an issue. The absence of ANY type of security, especially for the location of the property, is scary. I will say that the companies that have come in after the original one have tried but I think things get left in such a mess that how can anyone catch up with the ongoing issues. Right now we are waiting on window screw that we’re never installed to begin with. They were on the property with the last company but disappeared when they left. Go figure! The last thing I want to say is PET OWNERS…..CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS! PUT THEM ON A LEASH OR DON’T HAVE THEM. It’s supposed to be required here but only a few tenants follow the typical guidelines for pets. It’s common knowledge to clean up after your pet if they make a mess and to have them in a leash. Hopefully things will get better at Quincy Court."

"I Absolutely love my apartment! Once I set eyes on it I knew it was the one. Tory was an amazing help and just an overall joy to work with.. she made this moving transition as seamless as possible. 10/10 definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a luxury style apartment. Definitely plan on being here for a good while! Thank you Quincy Court!! My dream home"

"The apartment is beautiful but the management is bad. No leasing office. You have to call several times before they answer your call. I always have a problem to pay my rent every month. They charge $48 for convenience fee when you pay online. So I have to go and buy a money order. And the leasing agent will not come to pick it. I think there should have a lease office in the building."

"The one bedroom apartment is super cute. I love the high ceilings and the full size, washer, and dryer unit. I’m sad they don’t have a dog park or an area for kids to play, but overall the property was very clean. The property manager Vanessa was very helpful. Her energy was great and she answered all of my questions with detail! She went above and beyond and let me view the apartment even though it’s already pre-leased. She met me after my crazy work shift and I’m hoping another one bedroom comes available soon and I will take it with out hesitation! This management should be very proud to have her because I shopped multiple places and didn’t get the feedback and energy that she brought!! I always tell everyone customer service is key!! Great community, great apartment and great customer service!!! Please let me know if an apt becomes available! -Liza"

"This place deserves 0 stars but the apartment itself is beautiful but the rest is terrible. I have spoken with neighbors who also don’t like it here. They never answer the phone and if they can avoid speaking with you they will. There is no leasing office, no pool, no gym, but you’re paying the same rate as other places that do have those amenities. The halls are dirty and filled with bugs. They don’t even have lights in the parking lot. They also do not tell you they don’t have elevators in a building with four floors. So good luck if you have family or friends that require a handicap accessible building or if you have small children."
