"I lived here for over a year. I have never been to a place where everything was taken care of so well. The cleaning and maintenance staff, as well as the office staff, were working tirelessly. I had no complaint."

"Awesome place. Safety top priority. Each building has its own access. Wonderful leasing consultant - Johnathan Shed. Johnathan has always helped us every single time. I do not agree with others comments on winter pipes being broke. Texas apartments and houses are not build to take bear such weather. So its not the apartment issue. The management did everything it could to get it fixed. Free wifi. Guest wifi. Study rooms. Computers. Awesome pool. Except one thing that triggered me: when I left the apartment, I cleaned everything but the manager of the apartment has charged me $230 saying they did Thermofog as there was overwhelming smell. I do not agree with this. We used moth balls to make sure apartment is clean and it doesn’t smell bad. I do not agree on the final charges. Even if they charge, $230 is too much! If I was not charged for what I have not done, I would have given 5 star. Other than that, Great apartment to live. Edit 1: after owners comment: Please let me know whom to call? I did speak with the manager and no response. Edit 2: I have reached out to the management team and they were not able to help. I disagree with the final charges and I stand by my review. This is not acceptable!"

"Do not rent here. The management is useless. They are condescending and extremely rude. They will pretend to be nice at the beginning but will show their true colors with time. I am so glad I don't live here anymore. Some tenants are rude, do not follow the rules, are very loud. Management just looks away instead of addressing the issues. When you call the on-call officer, she always acts like is an inconvenience. People steal packages from the mailroom all the time. The gym area always smells nasty. Their elevators are always broken, their pipes always break in the winter and you have to deal with living without water. For some reason, the management thinks it's okay to just walk into your apartment to do checks, very invasive. The new manager is dumb and ever since she joined the entire place has declined. The older manager they had was so much better, more proactive, truly care about the community. Ashley and Jonathan are completely useless. The community room smells nasty, like sweaty spices. Their pool area in the summer is full of broken glass because tenants do not follow rules. RUN AWAY from this place. There are so many other nice and cheaper apartments in Denton. The corporate office should consider investigating this staff, fire the manager, Ashley and Jonathan, and start fresh with a new crew."

"Since I moved in I’ve had nothing but good encounters in every aspect as far everyone in the office. I’ve been here a year and have renewed my lease. I haven’t had an issue with maintenance/ pest control what’s so ever. You request them to go and they go in a timely manner and that is pretty important to me. The place is kept up. The manager Zack makes sure you are comfortable living here. The care for the residents definitely shows for itself. I appreciate how they have resident events often. Overall I have no complaints since living here. And I’m a precise person I don’t play when it comes to where I live so if I’m giving a very good review that should speak for itself :) if anything changes I’ll be sure to update it here."
