"You truly don’t want to live here. The apartment seems good looking in the inside and you’re also tempted with no utilities but at the end, you’ll regret your time here. I’ve lived here for more than one year now and the only reason I extended was because I forgot to inform the management on time and didn’t want to waste money terminating my lease agreement. But this surely is my last year in this apartment. The roaches are uncontrollably disturbing and for such an interior, you’ll be tricked into thinking roaches are not coming anytime soon but give yourself a month and you’ll all e caught up. I’ve regretted not having informed the management on time within the 90 day period and having to renew. My wife and I have both had allergy issues because we have to use the Raid roach spray every single day and one funny thing is, the man who has been contracted to spray will get into your apartment and when he sees a Raid roach spray, complains that it interferes with his treatment, meanwhile his treatment has yielded zero results. It’s something that really needs to be sorted out because I will not recommend the apartment to anyone due to the roaches. And even staying for another year, my rent increased by $75 and the laundry room is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I sent a complain about it last year and till now, it looks even filthier than it used to. You don’t want to live here because of mainly the roaches and the laundry room. Interior looks good since it’s renovated but aside that, it’s not good and not worth the money at all."

"Sign the lease if you want to live with roaches, sleep with roaches, and eat with roaches. Pest control comes very often, they give you not even 24 hours in advance notice and you have to empty out all your cabinets from 8 am to 5pm. It's very inconvenient, and the worst part is that they only spray the cabinets, they do nothing along the walls, which is where the roaches live. I had put in a work order for a ceiling vent that was leaking, I even called emergency maintenance, didn't hear back until two weeks later. Just be careful when moving in, and make sure to get ready and be best friends with the hundreds of roaches that will be living with you."

"Poor management, they will simply close service requests without any resolution. Also, they say that the internet is included in the rent, but it never works properly. The units are full of cockroaches."

"I see all these reviews were written years ago. I recently lived there for a couple years and had zero problems with my stay. Was it the most glamorous apt? No. But it was clean, quiet, and suited my needs while I saved up for a bigger place. I see lots of reviews about roaches, but they had pest control out every week, twice a week, when I lived there and I never had a problem with any roaches. Maintenance was super fast to respond and fix whatever the problem, no matter how small. And communication with the office staff was always prompt and helpful. Are they small? Yes but they are also crazy cheap."
