"Lived here for three years and have enjoyed the space! The staff is wonderful, maintenance is very responsive and helpful, and the location is great for access to everything in the Trophy Club/Southlake/Grapevine area. I'm still surprised at how well they know and remember who I am, even though I've rarely interacted with the staff outside of renewing my lease and a few work orders to keep the apartment maintained. They have a wonderful personal touch, and it really feels like home."

"Excellent staff, great parking, clean property! The closet is a little small but not prohibitively so. Close to work and lots of entertainment and shopping opportunities :) Trash valet is super easy and they never miss pickups like I've had at other complexes! I don't hear my neighbors through the walls like at other places either! Very happy I moved here"

They are friendly, quick to respond to your service requests, and efficient in fixing the issues. The location is great and the price point is decent."
