"This apartment is worth the price! The amenities are well-kept all the time. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and maintenance requests are completed very quickly. I love the pool and gym! Another plus is how close it is to the campus, takes me about 10 minutes to walk to my building."

"By far the best apartment that I've ever lived in. The wifi is extremely fast where a person can stream on multiple different devices. The kitchen is big for a one-bedroom apartment. I love all the 24/7 amenities. All the gym equipment works and some of their equipment *treadmill* can pair with your apple watch. The apartment walls are thick, and I can't hear either neighbors above or below my unit. My in-unit washer and dryer work like a charm and don't tear up any materials. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment as this place feels like a home."

Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any issue you may have. I feel very lucky to have found such a great place for my first college apartment!"

"Been living here since august and I absolutely love it. I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes throughout denton, and this facility surpasses all others by a mile. The management is super helpful and receptive to and questions, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I can’t think of a time since moving here i haven’t run into a staff member cleaning, power washing, or doing landscaping work through my day. I would and do 100% recommend moving here if you have the chance!"
