"My husband and I moved in August (right when they opened) and we absolutely love living here. The aspect of community in apartments is very hard to find, but it's here. They have multiple events a month with free food, drinks, and fun activities. The events are amazing opportunities to meet other people that live here, and we've made many friends at them. We love seeing families meet at the events and their kids become friends. There is one group of kids that play together every day after school, and they all met at one of the events. The property staff is so friendly and helpful – they genuinely care about your life. This is a place where you will be heard, known, and loved! We highly recommend living here because it is truly an amazing community to be a part of. P.s. the free coffee cart is OUR FAVORITE!!"
"I have lived here for about 6 months and it has been nothing but a pleasure!! The staff is so kind and helpful any time I need help, even when I asked about some construction moving forward, they have been so quick to get things done. Overall, a beautiful property with awesome amenities! I will be renewing my lease:)"
"This is my first apartment, that is completely mine, without roommates. I am beyond thrilled at the opportunity to have Livano Canyon Falls my new home. It is removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, but with convenient access to major areas. The staff has been so supportive and understanding in helping me make such an important transition. They really care about their residents. I love the unique amenities offered as well as the resident events hosted each month. The little thoughtful touches make this the perfect place to live. If you are looking to move to an apartment in the area, you could not choose better than Livano Canyon Falls. Come in for a tour and see what I mean!"
