"I’ve lived there for a year and they have gone through at least 6 office managers. I have a whole album on my phone of the apartment falling apart. Including a water leak that lead to me pulling the carpet up myself in the bedroom. The new management company appointment a security guard who lives in the apartments. Tonight there was a situation the REAL COPS were already on the way when top flight security decided to try to step in ( note that this man wears nothing Identifying himself) when asked to lower his voice while speaking to another grown person who was being very respectful considering the situation he took a step towards said person lifted his shirt and placed his hand on his pistol. There was no reason for this “man” to feel threatened in any way other than the person who asked him to lower his voice and talk to him respectfully was a young black man."

"Terrible. Ridiculous towing rule, management treated my grandmother POORLY and I watched as the tow truck guy throw his garbage out the window on property. If you're going to tow people's cars make sure you're not displaying disgusting behavior yourself. If you can pass up these rundown apartments, you can find something better in the area for a comparable price. It's not a home it's a hostile"

"I’ve Been Here Since 2020 Of February & I Was So Happy They Were Nice & Own Back Yard Area With Private Fence Everything Working Well Now We Have New Manager Owners & April I Transferred Apartments & Wasn’t Ready I Have No Door Knobs On Bedrooms Main Shower Doesn’t Work Its Now 4 Days Away From June Still Haven't Been Fixed On Top Of Whole Month Of MAY We’ve Had No Hot Water If We Do Get Hot Water It’s For A Day Or 2 &Back To Cold Water !!!! Never Answer Or Return Phone Calls Never Have Maintenance Honestly Do Not Care About Their Residents !!!!! Do Yourself A Favor DO NOT Move Here ! I’m So Ready For My Lease To End ! Now August & My Apartment Is Constantly Flooding From Toilet To Shower & STILL Haven’t Fixed The Issue Code Compliance Does No Justice Either ! Manager Diana Tells Me Okay He Us Doing AC Units Which Isn’t True Still Hasnt Done My Work Either On That Either ."

"I wanted to live here for a few months before I reviewed the place. I moved in First week of January and it is now March 29 2020. I really enjoy it here. No problems and no loud neighbors. Maintenance comes if I ever have a problem and paying rent online or requesting maintenance is so easy! Getting a hold of the manager is really easy, if she happens to be out for lunch or busy just shoot her an email, I’ve always received a response the same day! I could see my self living here for a long time and calling this home! Cons - Toilets don’t always flush properly. I find myself having to take the top of the toilet off and filling it up just to get the toilet to flush.... the problems gotten better but it still does occur. The water here is iffy, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t but MAJORITY of the time it works... it’s never been that big of a hassle to me or intervened with my regular day to day life where I’ve had to put in a complaint. UPDATE 4/28/21 I have lived here for about a year and a half.... here is my honest review. Pros- I love that I have no one above me and it’s really rather quiet. I really did enjoy my stay here and could even possibly see myself moving back one day if need be. Everything as far as water, electric, my AC and Heat have always worked and I’ve never really had to call maintenance for anything. Cons- there is roaches here so be prepared for that. They changed ownership recently and because of that it dropped my credit score down because it says it closed my account since I have them track my rent payments. I’ve never been late. I can no longer pay online easily anymore and I don’t know why, they never gave me an answer. Ever since they changed ownership the apartments on the outside look the worst I’ve ever seen, I guess they haven’t hired anyone to clean up yet."
