"Management is horrible and doesn’t want to do their job. My application was denied because they “couldn’t verify my employment” after 2 weeks of me getting the run around. If we’re being honest it’s really because one of the leasing agents over shared that she wanted the apartment I was going to get. That’s terrible that you all are denying people just because one of your staff is trying to get cheaper rent because they work there. Do better as people. What’s crazy is I actually applied here a few years ago and was approved but I decided to move to a different city and didn’t take the apartment. Looks like I dodged a bullet if this is the type of people this company chooses to hire."

"The management team is horrible and does not work with you or keep their word. The new manager who was the assistant manager argued with and called my fiance an idiot because our electric bill was ridiculously high and after speaking with the electric company and an ac repair company they all said that it was our ac unit that needed to be fixed. After putting in multiple request we found out the maintenance staff was signing off on the work orders and never putting I. The work. It almost cost us an eviction. They also lied about what amenities are available. The website says there is a gym which there is not and the pool is always closed, management will tell you it's the city but we confirmed the city does not control that. Paying $1,500 for a two bed room one bath with no offered amenities is insane. I'm glad we found a better complex. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!"

"We’ve been living here for about three months, every time we’ve had any type of problem at our apartment the girls at the office always make sure it’s solved quickly. All the office staff has always been super nice and understanding!!"

"Im not much about apartment life and quiet frankly it wouldn't be a bad place to live if it wasnt for the a/c. Ive reported it to the office numerous times with only two times the maintenance man came and left closing the work order out saying the ac was working fine just bc his thermo laser shows air coming out at 68 degrees. The other times I was told there will be a work order put in only to find out they never did another work order. The girls in the office tell me they put in the order but never do. I come in from work and sweat sitting on mu couch not to mention the 150 jump on the electric bill. Ive sent emails in addition to the calls and was told that they delete emails and I should call. I work the same hours as the office and sometimes when you call it goes to a full voicemail where you cant leave a message. I left a message on the emergency maintenance line but never got a call back. I won't be renewing my lease here, I pay 1400 a month currently this is way too much for place that cant hire a professional to look at the ac. If you drive through the complex you will see how many residents have window units in addition to the central unit. Update: I cant wait to move, they were never able to fix the ac correctly only gave reasons like its really hot outside and I live on the 2nd floor etc , my highest electric bill is almost 400.00 which is ridiculous for an apartment. I got sick and had to take a leave as I lost hearing in on ear. I explained to them numerous times that its hard for me to hear over the phones and I nee so Communicate via email so I can Completely understand what they are saying. Still they don't read the emails or they just flat ignore you. Roaches are terrible, Ive reported this numerous times and was told the guy will be out that following Maintenance, pest control,HVAC none of these are contracted companies instead they are the same men who do the maintenance here or at another complex. When they replaced the ac unit in apartment ( that didnt help) they left a whole on the bathroom ceiling from where the drainage pipe was. The new unit was leaking about a month after install, the come out and did something but the sheet rock is damaged and bubbling, they never fixed this, even though I have pointed it out and sent pictures to the office ( again they dont loon at emails) Office gals, they tell you they want to help but then they dont ever follow up on what they say they're going to do. After being here for 10 months paying on time my rent got behind . 1st month was bc I had to purchase two window units to cool the apartment and I had to pay an electric bill that went up double they never read the email I sent and when I talked to them and asked for a credit for having to purchase the acs they said they coule get with corporate but when I callee back the same person acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. My rent was paid in full. 2nd month I fell behind bc I had lost hearing and took a leave from work, again, explained thjs to them and asked for a payment arrangement, never heard anything back next think I know thwy were filing eviction on me(l not even a full month behind) I have been told several things by these ladies in the office but none of their empty promises cone to light. The pool, is rarely open, mail gets delivered to the wrong address or packages which the people that receive them wont bring them to the correct apartment. Ive had medicine delivered to the wrong address and never returned, Walmart grocery orders and Amazon packages When you try to email corporate it returns the email to you saying the email addy either is mis spelled or does not exist When I first moved here, I thought it was great however now, I would not recommend buying these apartments. The office staff, the ac units wont cool, the maintenance/ havoc people are all the same, no professionalism. Do not rent here. As soon as I can I will be moving."
