"I'm moving in this apartment Dec. 2022. I like the layout out of the apartment and the space and the room that I have. I would like to say thank you to all the maintenance crew that work hard to make sure everything is done. When I picked up my keys to do a walk through it sounds like my ceiling was falling through. I went back to the office and asked Ms. Johnson what is going on in the unit on top of me. "She said they're not used to having anyone in the unit underneath them". This Apartment is in building five. I asked if I could transfer to another unit? I was told no I had to be here for six months. After I moved in we spoke with the people's on top of me and the young man said "they didn't think it was a problem with the noise because no one never said anything people's just moved". I tried talking to Lauren when she was the manager. All she would saying is people have a right to do what they want to do in their own home long as it's not doing quite time. One thing I've learned is they do not like it when you complain. Everything I am writing about I have proof to bag it up from the dirty water that was being poured out that ran in front of my door, too all of the noise. I know people's have a right to do what they want to do in their own place but when it begin to affect your neighbor then it becomes a problem, this has been a problem since I moved in. Here it is in February 2024 and the problem is still going on. I had to leave my home on yesterday just to get some peace. It is sad when you have grown folks that sit on their romp and allow this to go on. Those kids are too big to be jumping and stomping like they're doing up there. With all this stumping and banging on top of me it is bad enough I have cracks in my wall due to the foundation problem now my ceiling is starting to get cracks in it. Here it is Sunday Feb. 18 and they are stomping and jumping like they have lost their mind. I'm tired of my chandelier chatters, my light flickering, my ceilin fan shaking. I can't hang anything on my walls because it would fall off. I had the opportunity to speak to some of the neighbors and they inform me, I am not the only one that has complained about this noise. I am writing this to inform anyone that is looking to move into this building you would not have any peace. If you move into this complex and you refer someone do not move in the same month you will not get your referral fee. Because I did not get mind when I referred a young lady that moved in."

"We lived at this property for almost 2 years. If we had written this review when we first moved in, it would not have been good. However, the current property manager is AMAZING! We had a billing issue, and we wanted to go to Corporate about it, because the assistant manager was working with us and was not hearing us, but Evelyn, the property manager, handled it quickly and professionally. She is the best manager this property has had since we have been there, and we had 2 other property managers before her. We loved our apartment and maintenance was always great and efficient."

"My husband and I moved into a one-bedroom, third-story apartment at Bella Vista in January of 2018 shortly after our marriage, and we had nothing but good experiences overall. They even let us move in on the day we had hoped to, even though we had forgotten to get the electric turned on and it was a holiday so we couldn't get in touch with the electric company until the next day! Maintenance was always quick to respond (usually same day or within a day of making the request using the online form) and very friendly and helpful. The only real issue we ever experienced was with the air conditioning coil, which tended to build up nasty mold/mildew over the course of the year due to condensation and had to be cleaned at least once or twice when spring rolled around, otherwise the smell when you first turned on the A/C was pretty overpowering. Again, maintenance was always quick to come by and clean it when I submitted the request. The staff were friendly (especially sweet, dear Natasha!), the apartment itself was quite spacious with a generous kitchen and even a lovely vaulted ceiling in the living area since we were on the third floor, and we were blessed to have very few issues with noise from neighbors while we lived there. We finally moved out just over a month ago after purchasing our first home, and Natasha made the whole process of breaking our lease very easy and straightforward, telling us exactly what would be owed and by what date so that we had no unpleasant surprises. Whenever we submitted a payment or paperwork, she always took care to immediately make a copy of everything submitted and give it to me while the originals went into our file. That way, if she couldn't be there to help us, anyone else in the office would be able to see what had already been completed/submitted so that no confusion would occur. The whole process was very smooth, and we received most of our security deposit back (minus a small portion for cleaning, I believe), within a month of moving out. We were so pleased to have such a wonderful place to call home for nearly two years while we prepared to purchase our first home as a couple. Thank you so much, staff of Bella Vista, for making us feel like we'd scored the best apartment in the area. You will be missed!"
