"Needs change lots of it. I don't think I will ever be living in any Apartments again. For the simple fact that most of them are all false advertisement. Looks good from the outside but not good at all Had a couple of incidents with other people's kids knocking on my door pulling out BB guns went the parent and they act like they didn't care they laughed about it it's crazy how they let their kids run around all types of hours of night call the police all they did was give me a number went the office and it seemed as if she don't even care as well but oh well people that don't live here really don't care what goes on as long as they get paid once again that is my opinion but it's suitable for some just not me. And I just hope this review does not miss with my living still here. When I first moved in it was peaceful as a month went by I guess as they say people show their true colors so do Apartments LOL people were not very nice and well you can read the rest of the reviews and yes lots of roaches I never thought they still exist . Then on top of that I have grown people knocking on my door about parking spots that I parked in their spot So I moved to the visitor spot and get my car towed and had to pay almost $500 to get it out when I live here that just messed me up so it's like you can't park nowhere because it's someone's spot and if you're in their spot they say they have cameras if you don't get out I always tell them take it up with the office I got tired of moving my car every time somebody knocked on my door about a parking spot that was not close to their window it's just crazy people have no respect for other people but I guess it's my fault cuz these are the apartments I picked so it's no one's fault but mine if you want to tell the truth about it because we pick the place we live but they also have the ability to change the things about where we live as well so everybody be happy and there won't be no ugly reviews"

"Roaches roaches roaches UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!! I lived here for 4 years it’s ghetto it’s been robbing killings it’s very unsafe infested with roaches ! The gate has never been closed!! The roaches are residents!! Trash always on the stairs. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!"

"Updated review: I been here a year and I’m honestly loving it. Charged my 4 star to 5. I did get my garage. Staff are amazing. I have my days but they are still nice. We do have courtesy officers. But I hardly see them on grounds but if you call dispatch they will show up. I only have called once for a suspicious car. They do have towing enforcement as well. As long as this property is getting better I’ll continue to live here and raise my daughter. Also to add yes kids run around all day and night but what do you expect free m kids that don’t have home training. I do wish we had around the clock security so these kids aren’t doing this as much that’s the only thing that I don’t like and the cars speeding like crazy. The property is under new ownership. So far so good living here. I can’t really complain. I noticed a comment that says we have a security guard I have yet seen him but also I’m in bed by 10pm so I might ever see him. Only thing I don’t like is not being able to have a garage yet because most of them are taken while the others have the maintenance stuff in it witch I don’t think is right. We should be able to have a garage if we want to."

"UNSAFE!!!!!!!!!!! I lived here for 2 years & I would hear gunshots 1-2 times every month. Especially on holidays!!! I lived in the building closest to the entrance & a kid was shot dead in the breezeway across from my building in the middle of the day. The bullets even went thru the window below my unit & ppl live there! TERRIFYING!!!! No security on duty! It’s loud & dangerous!! The train runs every hour seems like, loud af & shaking the entire building. Homeless people walk thru the complex throughout the day & live in vacant units! The gate has never been closed!! The roaches are residents!! Trash always on the stairs. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!"

"Hello! Im a proud resident of the Arwen Apartments since 2011! The first time I saw them I knew that they were the one. While the outside was appealing to me, it was the inside that sealed the deal! I love my 2 bed 2 bath, I really love my kitchen! For one, It has so many cabinets that wrap around the kitchen. I could have left many years ago many times. And as many of us know, that finding a home or apartment isn't always easy. But this new management company that has taking over has really turned the property around. Iv lived thru a lot of different management over the years. But this one is really making a difference and the staff in the leasing office have been understanding and kind! Over all we are very pleased to live here."
