"So glad that our lease will be up soon!! The train is super loud comes through all day! The in and out gates are always messed up! All you ever smell is weed walking through the halls it gets in your apartments and the ladies in office say they can't do anything about it knowing damn well they can! If it's getting in others apartment, they can definitely do something! Also my gate to my yard smells like dog piss from everyone letting animals pee wherever they want, so not cool! I'm constantly picking trash up outside and in my yard! The trash cans become horrible, looking most of the time stuff piled everywhere old furniture, mattresses just messy and tacky! I had a problem with a cat messing stuff up in my yard, and the ladies in office kinda laughed in my face when I told them about it! Then the neighbor decided to keep feeding the cat so it would stay around! It's supposed to be no wild animals around here! Don't get me started on the up stairs people they have no consideration for people below them! And it ain't your normal people living above you sounds! For the price they charge to live here, the apartments should definitely be built better, just ridiculous! Some lady has parked in my paid spot twice now, and the tow truck company wouldn't answer, and there is never enough spots to park what I have to pay for parking so others can use it and then not have a spot to park myself? Just saying try to rent a house. The price to live here is not worth it!"

"Been living here for 14 months now and this place has been nothing but amazing!! The staff do care about your well-being and issues you may have with the complex and it shows in their quick actions. They are willing to work with you within limitations which is more than I can say for other places I have lived in the past. The maintenance crew is phenomenal, with the different diverse cultures living in one area they really do work hard in maintaining the grounds and buildings and have even worked after hours to rectify issues. I cannot truly express in words how great of experience it has been living here. I highly recommended this place!!!!!!!"

"I think this is one of the best complexes in Crowley! I always take into consideration not only the area and price of course, but the staff and how they treat residents is most important! Treat others how you want to be treated. Gabby greets you with a smile each and every time you walk in. The whole staff makes you feel welcome. The space of these unit with the price is WORTH IT! ALSO be careful of false reviews I have seen first hand how if someone does not get their way, they will bash a place."
