"The landlady took our deposit, then set us an appt to meet at 1:00 the following Monday. She never showed up, and even the home office couldn't find her. She later spun a tale about emergency plumbing issues and how we were not to meet until some other time. They kept our deposit without even an apology. Be very wary. It is only that one agent, I believe, as everyone else seemed very professional."
"I lived in Keene Place apartments for over 2 years. My landlord was always nice and understanding, she always tried to help when I needed something. They only had to fix my sink one time during my stay, but I put in a work order and she had someone out there the next day! Pet friendly (even though I have a pit bull), affordable, and cute! Check them out!"
