"Piss poor excuse for an apartment. I'll start with for anyone who is being offered 6210 do not accept. I'm hoping to save anyone from months of restless nights and stress. Since the very first night in this unit our upstairs neighbors and their moronic dog have created non stop noise for us. Stomping is excessive and overbearing especially during quiet hours and their dog will literally howl/bark for HOURS. The sound of our TV or music at full volume can't drown it out. And after being here for the end of our leasing term we've changed our management twice and none have done anything about this matter. Just kept saying that's "just how the apartment is built". As you can imagine after months of this cops had to be called and yet nothing was resolved. We thought that the new management team would be slightly better but they proved to be worse. During the weekend our ac stopped working. We immediately called our emergency maintenance hotline and no one answered until a few minuets later a man called informing us that he no longer works at this apartment and asked us if we could please let our leasing office know to remove his number as the emergency maintenance and expressed how sorry he was for the situation. We didn't know what to do since it was after hours and at this point the only solution no longer works here. So we ended up calling the office that Saturday night to see what time the office opened so that we could get this fixed and the voicemail stated that the office would be open from 12 to 5 the next day. So we managed the best we could and tried to sleep through the night with that damn dog non stop barking as the cherry on top. The next morning we go to the office and doors are locked.. they're closed. 90 degrees and we are all out of options. Another night sleeping in the heat. Monday morning I had to take time off work to speak to someone to finally resolved this. Finally the manager comes out and we sit down I tell her that our ac has been out for the weekend. This woman responded by saying we didn't submit our maintenance request to the correct portal.. imaging this from the office that has an outdated voicemail with the wrong information. Nonetheless I informed her that the emergency hotline number was linked to a previous maintenance worker and she stated how that was weird since she gets direct emergency calls from her office... what sense does that make when its after hours the office is closed and a man definitely answered the phone when I called. I then mentioned how on google and on the apartments website there are two different numbers and none of them have ever been answered. How I had to come up to the office and ask for a direct office number to get any form of communication. She had a response for everything and none about taking accountability. She stated how they have been trying to catch up and have only been there for 2 months but in the 2 months that they have been here all gates has been broken (no on has fixed it), phone information hasn't been updated, voicemail on office hours remains incorrect, noise complaints remain ignored, but its okay because they manage to make time to build more CARPORTS. Not fixed the gates though. Also as someone that frequently works from home the WIFI is pitiful. National WIFI hadn't heard of it until now unfortunately. Its always down and its hard to find out why its down and or how long it'll be until it comes back up. 13 months of hell our lease has finally come to an end and I couldn't be happier. This is a warning into a glimpse of what you're in for if you go with Cobalt Apartments."
"My Wife and I love our new apartment. We relocated from NJ and had such a horrible experience at another apartment complex we were supposed to move into. Amy, Lisa and Amanda bent over backwards to help us in such a short notice to get us into our apartment on the same day! They reassured us they would take care of us and they did just that. I can’t thank them enough. If you need a clean and beautiful place to live come to Cobalt."
"Diana at the leasing office is absolutely amazing! She toured us around the property and did a great job showing us all the perks! She sat down with us and really understood what we were looking for in our next apartment! We ended up applying right away. the property had everything we were looking for and at an amazing price. She was great!! :) #mademyday"
"Amanda was so amazing and kind. Both of the ladies in the office are very professional, efficient, and sweet. Amanda made my move in process so easy and quick. I applied and was approved the same hour. They also moved very quickly to get my proof of income, and informed me that I would need renters and electricity before the move in date which was only a few days away. I Initially moved to a different apartment complex, and unfortunately that unit was dirty and not in good condition. The management was terrible and unorganized at the other place I moved to. I was scrambling to find a new place to live and needed to move within a few days. Cobalt Apartments was my first and last stop. I immediately knew that this would be my new home. Plus the 8 weeks rent free is just the cherry top. You get atleast $1,000 for referrals. They are so generous. Thank you guys so much!! I’m happy to be here and feel confident that this will be my home for a long time."
