"I paid 200 dollars in fees! Not only that I have been trying to contact the leasing team and no one is available well they have no phone lines!! I have been emailing the manager and was told 2 weeks ago that I was approved and a week ago my move in date which was today and again no one is available to take calls or ever in office!!! Should have kept old staff new staff is not helpful and can possibly be causing the company to lose money and future tenants!! I know of several people who has also tried to rent! But with the unhelpful management I don’t think I would lease from here just want my 200 dollars back atp"
"I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. If I would've known back in August all the problems I wouldn't be here today. The apartment they show/ post pictures of vs the apartment you move into is TOTALLY different. Hot water gets turned off and back on every 5 seconds, took them TWO MONTHS to tell us our AC needed batteries to change the temp, we have been waiting since August for our vent above our stove to be fixed, the base boards were not painted when we moved in. Our apartment was NOT moved in ready!!! The pool is hardly ever open, my fridge was making a loud noise and the mantience man didn't believe me since it was quite after I waited a WEEK for them to come, they come in unannounced I woke up to a loud noise in my kitchen and it was them. I cannot wait until August 5th to move out."
"My lease is up February 5th and safe to say I will not be renewing my lease. Phone lines aren’t working, no 24 hour maintenance. Hot water doesn’t even work. I have gone two months now without hot water. I’m having to bathe myself and my kid in a hotel room because the water has been ice cold or just completely off. Late fees get charged on the wrong day per my lease it is supposed to be the 4th. I’m getting FED UP. This doesn’t even include the amount of times my car has been broken into now. Not to mention, you better not have anything on your patio or they will send threatening letters to fine you until you remove such items. All I had were baby gates on the rails and they complained. I had no working AC for the whole summer, my son had a heat stroke from how hot it was in my apartment. It didn’t get fixed until the very END of summer. This place is the most trash place to live in on the planet. I don’t even know how the employees continue to treat us like this when they live on property too. Guess they are getting special treatment? Crazy. I also got a letter to renew my lease for 1522 a month for a small one bedroom apartment."
"These people are THIEVES! I lived here this Summer on a short term 3 month lease, had to pay a $400 deposit that would be sent back to me after move out, that’s fine and dandy. Until the day of move out, the manager walked my apartment and looked at everything, letting me know it was clean and I wouldn’t be charged any move out fees. 12 weeks had passed since move out and I received zero deposit check. Only to find out a team member had DELIBERATELY put multiple typos in my very straight forward address. On Oct 23, after many calls and emails they informed me they had corrected my address and would send it to accounting. It is now approaching New Years and instead of receiving my deposit, I received a $105 fee from a debt collecting agency with zero explanation from these Apartments that is grounds to mess up my credit score. Now they refuse to answer emails or pick up the phone!! This is exploitation and I am extremely frustrated at the unprofessionalism and deceit from this company!!!"
"I’ve only been leasing in these apartments since September, and there has been so many issues.Saturday night I arrived at my apartment at 11 PM and my keypad was malfunctioning and would not allow me into my home. I have two dogs so it was urgent for me to get inside. I tried contacting the supposed “ 24 hour maintenance”. after an hour without a reply I called the fire department to see if they could help me get in and they told me to call a locksmith that the fire department doesn’t resolve those matters. A locksmith came and tried to enter through the sliding glass door but said that it was impossible and the only way it would be through the front door he drilled off the smart lock that comes with the apartment and replaced it with a standard deadbolt lock. The charge for this was $279 and I was not able to get into my apartment until 2 AM, The apartment complex has yet to resolve this issue or reply to my email. on top of that there is no seals on any of the doors the roaches are horrible there’s always leaks and my hot water has gone off multiple times. DO NOT rent from these people"
