"We had a leak in our apartment and they were very quick to hire contractors to fix the roof. And we had an issue with our heater, one day later they came out to fix that, and Brittanie contacted us to make sure they cleaned up and the problem was resolved. I’ve been here for 5 years, and it’s been a hot minute to see such care for the tenants. I really like this crew they have now"
"Not ran by honest people!! I was honest about my eviction & still got denied.. not to mention while on the company cart I was in a wreck with the employee where she ran into another car & injured my head.. do you think they cared? Nope! Save your troubles here"
"It’s been good. They have been really understanding with rent(obviously within reason). Maintenance has been sometimes slow to respond but they do a great job when they do come. Haven’t had much issue"
"If you think that this place is somewhere that will work with you - KEEP LOOKING!! I got drawn back to these apartments after having moved out a year or so ago, and I can see nothing has changed for the better, but very much for the worse. A friend moved in to the complex after they told him they could work with his credit score. Within the first few months, their true colors shown through very quickly. Mold under the sinks, ROACHES EVERYWHERE, and let's not even get started on the carpet. It was basically nailed down with incorrect equipment which would pop up. It's why I had the displeasure of having to come back because One such nail had popped up and cut his foot so badly that it needed stitches. I lived on the westlake side, he was on the bella terra side. While helping him with day to day things, I realized that his lease had a certain rental amount but he was paying 220 over the amount. Now what was that about? When I lived there, I'd been told electric was included so I never paid attention to the extra amount until I got a nasty electric bill in my mail one day. That was enough for me to move out. It seems the practice hasn't stopped. He goes to confront the staff and wouldn't you know it, not a single staff member in the office at the time, had been employed when he first rented the unit. So he gets told that oh, with new staff, it's a new lease. No? That's not how that works? So he says he wants to speak to the manager. They're not in, of course. At that point, I started helping him find places to move. When we found him a place and he decided to move, I helped him get a uhaul so I got to witness the rest of this fiasco. 5 of us showed to help him load up. During the time, staff called the fire department on the uhaul, to which the fire department said everything looked fine and left. Then the police department, stating he has "too many people in the unit". To move? As a last resort, a staff member tried to enter the unit and start moving his items outside. She threatened to call the police when we forced her to leave. In her words, he broke his lease so he no longer resided there and she had every right to move his things. During each trip to his new residence, one of us stayed at the apartment to make sure they wouldn't keep trying to get in, which they did. During the process, we met with another resident that was moving who was having almost identical issues. Rent money missing, "fees" in the thousands that couldn't be explained and then harassed to no end while trying to leave. If you are in a bind while trying to find a place to rent.. keep looking. This isn't worth what they're offering. It wasn't as bad when I left, but the money, mysterious fees and constant changing of staff was what drove me out. Looks like things never change and the city of White Settlement just allows it to happen, doesn't matter what complex. Sky Landing anyone?"
"This property is down bad they don’t communicate well at all you have to make sure all of your business is well taken care of with this property including your rent how much you pay even if you did sign a lease also there’s dog poop everywhere the gate don’t close so anyone can come in and out there is mold everywhere in the apartment especially in the laundry room maintenance is horrible around there they come when they want too you put a work order in and you have to keep calling to ask when will they come to fix your problem also make sure you do a proper notice before you leave that place because they will try to put a outstanding balance on your credit and not contact you about it. And the people in the office is horrible believe me 4 yrs and I can’t think of nothing good to say beware before you there"
