"Definitely would recommend this apartment complex if it weren't for the apartment manager. Ever since our move in, she has treated both me and my wife with disdain. On multiple occasions she has cornered my wife at the mailboxes, leveling threats constantly. She even makes jabs about our service animal (a very well behaved one at that), wouldn't you believe it. The owner himself is very nice, and a joy to talk to, and the maintenance man is very helpful, but ask anybody else around here and they will tell you the manager is a pain."

"Love the small community and the maintenance was always great. The only reason I'm moving is because I wanted to be in Ft. Worth. I've been in this apartment for nearly two years. The one bedroom apartments have the biggest kitchen I've ever seen in an apartment. I loved it! Would highly recommend this place to someone who wants a reliable manager, quiet neighborhood, and great prices."
