"If I could give them a 0 stars I would. While living there other residents would hot box in their cars leaving the apartment entrance area’s smelling like marijuana. Water pressure was often low, rendering showers and toilets useless sometimes. I filed 3 work orders and only 1 of them was taken care of. My freezer broke and maintenance never came to fix it, I had to fix it myself and I was never reimbursed for the food that was lost or the repairs. Their maintenance had the audacity to lie about them doing the repair, mind you I literally had photos to prove to them that they had lied. Prior to completely moving out I hired a professional cleaning company to make the little repairs that needed to be done(one hole for a painting) and to deep clean the apartment. Not only did it take 2 months of constantly calling and leaving voicemails to be ignored every time to receive back my deposit. They shorted me 350 dollars after showing up in person to finally collect. They claimed there were repairs. After informing them that this could not be the case since we hired a company and verified the work. I asked for an itemized statement of the repairs they had to do. They told me they would give it to me that afternoon. I never received it, and have been ignored since. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and the Texas apartment Association for not having my smoke detectors installed for almost a year (which is illegal) even after they said they would come in the next day after signing the contract. Also there’s no public parking. You have no choice but to pay for your parking spot."

"Great service from Issac, he was very friendly and profesional, he also provided answers to all the questions my wife and I had, greatly recommend for you on your look for a new place to call home! Thank you for everything Issac! Btw even my cat loves it here. (Pet friendly with a low fee.) I literally left for almost 3 weeks a bike on the back of my truck and never had anything missing. This place is really safe and it’s a gated community with easy access for all your packages delivery."

"The location is great, but the trouble of living here is just not worth it. When I lived there, after 4 months of living there the maintenance man was changed and maintenance was not tended to. I had to constantly text the maintenance manager to send someone to fix things after months of putting in work orders and even then, only select things were fixed. I left the apartment in better condition when i left than when we moved in. While living there, i had to personally fix several things myself since maintenance hardly went. When we moved in the floors were extremely filthy, fans and countertops were dusty. After we moved out we were told we would receive our deposit back after 20 days since the apartment was clean. Its been months since we moved out and we've been getting the run around, claiming they're on vacation and no other workers are available. Then we got confirmation from a worker that the reason they hadn't given us our deposit was over a bad review and they could give us the "correct amount" the next day if we remove our review or edit it. Don't even bother renting here. They are extremely shady."

"management at the time I lived there my service was excellent expect my up stairs neighbors stomping all day and night! Now I has been 5 months and left my apartment super clean so, I have no trouble getting my refund back. I have call several times for my refund. Does anybody know who we can contact if they don't answer?"
