"I would always book my out of town visitors and guests at the Echo but since they shut down there excellent restaurant I book them elsewhere. If they ever reopen the restaurant with the same quality as before I will resume using their services."

"The housekeeping services leave something to be desired. Take your own sheets, they are changed once a week if they remember. And disinfectant wipes and air freshener and Clorox wipes. A deep cleaning of a room is done once a week in 5 minutes. The bathroom for my stay was never cleaned in 3 months To accommodate a church group moved from a double to a single room and spending more than 4000 the front desk calls the shots. Don't bother with manager or owner no resolution is given. What happened to the customer is always right. Because I asked for my room to be vacuumed at 1pm and housekeeping leaves at 3pm I offered to do it myself. The extra money you spend elsewhere is worth it. The front desk is extremely nosey of coming and goings. I had too many visitors. They were FWB. THE ROOM HAS OCCUPANCY FOR 2 ADULTS. CPS HAD BEEN CALLED THEY RENT TO MINORS WITH NO ADULT SUPERVISION PLUS HAVE 2 Mexican nationals on payroll in housekeeping This information was provided by the front desk personal."

"Nov. 29, 2023 paid full price for a room. Will not stay here again. No hot water the coffee pot didn't work house keeping comes at 10 am to interrupt you while you are doing your business getting ready to leave. Why couldn't the front office call and ask if you were going to stay another night?"

"This Hotel is definitely on the lower end of quality and it shows. The lines in my room had mysterious stains, there was only one pillow on the bed and when I asked for an extra one I was told they had run out despite it being very obvious that there were hardly any guests there that night. Our room has a sofa chair that was torn so not fun to sit in. The staff is very friendly tho. We asked to change rooms and the receptionist gave us options to check out different rooms. They were all in a similar condition but I appreciated the receptionist trying to go out of her way yo accommodate us."

"I worked very hard that day I'm not rich but really needed a good night sleep. Initially the host was nice, but after I called about toilet overflowing her mood changed. She implied I stuffed toilet and felt bothered altogether. I do look very poor and I guess that's how you are treated even though you pay good money. Cars and people drive around hotel all night and nobody stops them. Hard to get sleep."
