"The bathrooms clearly have signage that beds will be made and fresh linens every two nights. When that happened, my colleagues and I went down and the clerk acted like she didn’t know what we meant. She said at check in, we were told to request services 24 hours in advance. We told her we checked in on the app. And again requested the sign in the restroom be honored. She said, despite it being 3, housekeeping probably wouldn’t get to it. Mind you, I’m a longtime Diamond member. In the morning, I drink hot tea. Normally English Breakfast. There were only two bags of non-decaf. The tea was never replenished entire three night stay. How do I know? I kept drinking during my stay and it just kept going down and down. Zero soundproofing to the outside."

"Friendly staff and convenient location, but beware that the walls are PAPER THIN to the point where you can hear every bit of noise from the neighboring rooms (TV, drawers opening, phone ringing, shower running). Our stay was made even worse by the fact that we had the lousiest neighbors who blasted music and were screaming late into the night both nights we were there. We got very poor rest as a result. I do not recommend this hotel unless sleep is not of importance to you."

"Terrible experience. I reserved a room for one night , just one , after working all night the night prior and then driving the hour and half down to the hotel I was refused check in despite being told I could check in early. Then I was told that I could check in at 1pm but when I arrived I was told I “had” to wait till 3pm because “maintenance.” I was clearly getting the run around and had I been able to get a refund then I would’ve. Go literally anywhere else for your hotel."

"The location is great the beds are comfortable. However, every I know is the same here the bed frames stick out, dangerously to the point my guest here with me have hit their legs continuously. . For future reference maybe fix the beds or change them my daughters hurt themselves as well they stick out way to far. Thank you."

"Room doesn't have a coffee pot or microwave and there isn't a pool. There was a pool table which was nice if you play pool. The pillows were very soft so if you prefer a firm pillow your out of luck. There isn't any place to put your luggage as there is no closet. The breakfast was not really good but it was included. The staff were all nice and friendly so that is a plus. Location was the best part of the hotel as well as the seating area if you are a smoker."
