"Do not move here. Save yourself the headache and definitely save your wallet. The houses were built so poorly and quickly. They flood BAD when it rains. The walls and vents are riddled with black mold which will cause you be to extremely sick all of the time. They smell musty and wet on the inside. And the only thing the owner will do if you mention the mold, is either ignore you or give you a dehumidifier. They are not worth the $1300-1500 they are asking. Stay far away!!"

There is alot of great people around here and tons of kiddos. Also the property managers are absolutely amazing and understanding!"

"Let me set the record straight. For all those folks that do 1 star ratings and have issues with management, its quite simple.....be a good citizen in your community. If your not, then of course your going to have problems. I see and hear a bunch of baloney on these reviews, don't listen to them or pay no attention to them, it's just a bunch of noise coming from their pie hole, only because they had to abide by simple rules and regulations set by the management of this community. If people don't have common courtesy and RESPECT for their neighbors or community we don't want you to live here. I have lived here 4.5 years now and I love where I live at. The maintenance guy Chad is awesome and quick, Stephanie is great to talk to, and Amada is a super star. If your doing something illegal here in this community, She doesn't put up with any of that nonsense and roots it out quickly. If your considering living here, you have found the right place. It may not be perfect, but it sure is dam* close."
