West Park Townhomes

"I just wanted to take the time to leave a review because I know how important this is for the community and those who work here. True these townhomes are older but they are priced super reasonably for the area. Any minor issues we usually fix ourself because it’s just easier to. When it’s something bigger we do put work orders in and our maintenance men get on it asap. Sometimes it’s thing they can’t fix on their own so they do get help. But the point is, the issue always gets fixed. Only thing I could say might help is more updated email communication when it’s a community wide issue that is being worked on. I hate bothering and calling for updates. We enjoy living here 100% and are glad we decided to make the move over. No place is perfect so if that’s what you’re looking for that’s going to be hard to do. They try hard here for sure."

"This place was great until Shawnacee came in the office. Things have gotten weird. They are putting unecessary charges on me but fail to acknowledge how they allowed their residents to occupy their units for 10 plus days without running water! Westpark townhomes failed to compensate their tenants during this time we were forced to pay full RENT! I asked to get out of my lease to find a livable unit for my children and I and was SWIFTLY denied. I just renewed my lease and that was the biggest mistake of my life!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! They make you pay pest control but my house has been invaded by crickets and rolly pollies. My heating went out and wasn’t fixed for a week. Maintenance will come out and pretend they’re fixing stuff then they have to find money to pay a real maintenance guy to fix it!! There’s a whole lot of ego and abusing positions going on!"

"West park town homes are very beautiful, my friends and I are looking for our first home to move into and I will say this is a amazing place for a first place to move into our just a house with a family. The new management at west park town homes are very sweet and genuinely care about everyone that walks into their door. Madison is very sweet and is always ready to answer what ever questions you may have. We have loved every interaction that we’ve had with them."

"I would avoid this place at all costs. We live there for 1 year while we built a house and it was a terrible experience. The maintenance department takes at least a week to fix any issue. Our air conditioner went out 3 times and the heater twice. Each time management would send their maintenance man to try to fix it first and wind up having to call a professional taking over a week to fix. The parking is terrible as there isn't enough room for each quadplex. Everytime it rains mud washes down into the parking area leaving you no choice but to track it in the unit in large volumes. The ventilation is terrible and if your neighbor smokes your whole unit will smell like smoke too. When the lease was up the management company continued to draft the rent fee and gave me the option of doing a stop check order ($30 bank fee) or waiting 4-6 weeks to get my money back."
