"We stayed at the AngelsNest this weekend. The location and grounds are wonderful. The manager, Belinda is by far the nicest and most service oriented person I have ever met. Unfortunately the owner is not. Even though She lives in the house she never greeted us. Even when the police had to come to fill out a report due to our car being broke into, she never came to speak with us. The worse thing though is that we found out the owner listens in on the conversations of the guest. We overheard her conversation on her phone just outside our window. She was complaining about us and mentioning what we had said in private. Spooky!"
"Overall, our stay was amazing. A couple things I hoped would be better though, the breakfast for instance, for the price of our one night stay I would have expected a couple of options for breakfast. That being satthe breakfast we received was amazing and very satisfying. The hot tub patio attached to our room was fantastic and a perfect end to our wedding night."
"This is a beautiful location with excellent customer service. The room was nice but there were several minor things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. For example, the toilet was very difficult to flush and the water pressure is really bad. We didn't report it because we were only staying one night. Long term, the toilet would have been an issue. There were also places that needed painting. However, it was clean, comfortable, and I feel like we will be going back. The Jacuzzi tub has a sprayer on it that you can use to bathe, but, again, water pressure is terrible and the knobs were confusing so we accidentally sprayed the entire bathroom when we turned it on by accident. The tub also has a sprayer that runs while the tub is running and it sprayed across the tub and out the other side. We had to cover it to use it. Parking was plenty large. The grounds are beautiful. The staff was sweet and accommodating. Breakfast was good and delivered promptly at the time requested. It was an enjoyable evening."
