"Terrible experience applying for short term lease recently. We were told everything was fine till it wasn’t. Received denial letter for no reason at all, we met every requirement. We are left scratching our heads and wanting explanation. Sharon didn’t care to return calls or emails all of a sudden. Still not sure why we were denied. The email back after calling several times with no response was short and pretty unprofessional"

"They rent their water from premera so the yer water bill is much higher there then other places. I lived there 13-14 years ago and the managers then didn't do much to control nieghbors renting that had uncontrollable roaches coming from their shed because of dirty cans they collected to turn in and the parties they had so we ended up moving out before lease was up. Water bill really wasn't a big problem."

"So upset ! I paid 2 applications for $50 dollars each said I would have a response in 3-5 business days, before I made the application I ask all type of question to Sharon , first of all she never answers the phone , nor emails , she is very rude and has no patience when your asking for information. I needed a place by the first of April and ask have been sending her email because she doesn’t answer her phone or call you back. I am moving from California to Harlingen and I was so positive I would get this place but because my husband has low credit score apparently he was denied. I message her asking her if she could help me or if I should just look some where else but no answer. My family has been calling her as well and she is just rude and obviously not doing what she gets paid for. They just literally kept $100 dollars for nothing. So apparently every person living in your home has to have good credit. That’s crazy."

"This is where my mother in law lives. It seems like a great park. It's rather clean and kept up. Very quiet when we come to visit."
