"Attention Military Personnel and Parents w/ disabled children. I would highly advise against renting from any Karl Klements properties. Their code of ethics are highly dubious and they lack professionalism. In the Sheppard AFB area, they target military personnel to coax them into renting their properties with the main goal to squeeze as much money as they can out of them. They will raise the rent to an extreme amount without warning. A very close friend of mine; a single mother with two handicap children one being autistic was never late on payments, took very good care of the property was ousted by the sudden rise in the rent. Karl Klement Properties will not work with you and will cheat you out of your security deposit. They will find any reason if any to keep your security deposit. I highly advise against renting from Karl Klement Properties."

"Appliances from the 90’s constantly breaking down, things leaking, air conditioners going out, and still hiking prices with the minimum warning time to keep up with 2022 pricing. They will not do rental verification if you ever move to a new place, they don’t keep a ledger, if you want to switch to a different apartment in the complex you’ll pay more security deposits and transfer fees than a new renter would, they will not give your security deposit back, the laundry room has a theft problem, if you complain about your neighbors beating on your walls and reciving multiple police visits for violence they won’t do anything, and they do not care about you as a human being. At all. Save your time and go somewhere professional because this isn’t it."

"They are consistently losing our rent checks, making us jump through more hoops each time to prove we paid it, every other month water starts pouring from all the light fixtures, which they fix by just shutting the water off. And due to the repeated flooding there is a horrible mold problem which they claim they don't have to fix. To top it off the women they have running the office are rude as hell, and have point blank told me many of these things are " not their concern." Edit 7 years after moving out: So Im thinking of buying a house, so i check my credit for the first time in forever to find that Karl the Con sent creditors after me 3 years after moving out for 3k."

"I think they are the worst! I don't know if it's just me but they will give you the run-around until you lose absolutely everything! I don't know if that's that they don't want to rent to people that are disabled or on housing but they will not answer your questions not get back to you for weeks on end! They told me over and over again that I didn't have all the paperwork that they required. But after looking at my email they never even opened the emails I sent with that proper paperwork! They gave me the run-around until I lost my housing voucher! I would not recommend them to anybody not even my worst enemy! Avoid them at all cost!!!"

"Will never rent from Karl Klement Properties again. It was the worst experience of my life. Do not ever rent from this leasing agent. I can't think of anything good to say about them. Management attitude was rude and didn't care about any tenants concern. They will not fix anything. And when you move out be ready to pay for unnecessary things to be fixed which they won't fix until you leave (hundreds of dollars). They do not care about their tenants. Don't make the mistake I did, make sure you steer far away from this leasing agent."
