"I stumbled onto Trophy Ridge Apartments while looking for property to purchase and build in NW Texas. My son, son-in-law and I have hunted on the LBJ Grasslands and I could see the rolling terrain and the natural beauty of what is Decatur, TX. After reviewing my purchase options in Dallas, I decided for an environment change and settled in Decatur. I am very happy with my decision on Trophy Ridge. Casey and his associates helped me through the lease process. It was seamless, and they were very helpful and patient with me during the leasing process. My apartment is beautiful. The finish out is spectacular! The natural hard flooring through-out the primary living/dining/kitchen and the thoughtfully designed bathroom tiles offer the perfect setting for my furnishings and rugs. I especially appreciate the hard wood cabinetry in the over-sized custom fitted kitchen with granite counter tops. I prefer a carpeted bedroom and the warmth it provides and it's here in both my bedrooms at Trophy Ridge. I can't say enough about Trophy Ridge. I am a very happy tenant and all the staff, including Raul who manages maintenance have been fantastic. They are responsive and above all, trustworthy gentlemen."

Josy was very helpful to educate on the options and specials. It appears these layouts and parking lot in general is very considerate and makes for a nice home."
