"Every time I visit my family here I see good things at these great apartments! The lawn is well cares for and the tenants are often sporting beautiful plants on their spacious porches. For the location and the price, these apartments are amazing. Management is always kind and tries very hard to fix any issues that arise in a cordial and timely manner."

"Expect to see a lot of litter all over the grounds especially after a weekend of beer drinking. Old furniture and large items are left by the dumpsters for weeks. Maintenance picks up litter occassionally but not nearly often enough. The groundskeeping needs much improvement. They dont trim around bushes or buildings and do a poor job of mowing. It would help if the residents picked up after themselves but for some reason litter doesnt bother them. Many of the apt windows facing the road are dirty and the blinds are broken in many of the units which looks unsightly. Little things could be done to really improve the exterior appearance. ."
