"Worst place I’ve rented so far. Management was all in my business and I got a violation for having a guy over. Seems like they find excuses to make a fuss. Got 3 packages stolen til. They said they shouldn’t do anything about it and I put cameras and got a violation for that. One day my door lock fell and the handle was loose so I bought a new lock I got fined for that cause they needed a spare which I get but why fine me just ask for the key try it in front of me and call it a day. If you leave trash outside overnight they’ll bang in your door at 8 am and leave a paper. Worst experience renting by far"
"Current resident, I haven’t been here for two week and my experience has been horrible. It started during application process where my girl friend and I received false promises and miss leading information. When we moved in our apartment was unfinished and not looked at by the apartment maintenance staff which they admitted. The renovation process takes really about 8 weeks but they rush and get you in so cut it to 4-6 which is why thing is undone and rushed and we noticed it. We are currently verbally and email battling office to get things done but I fear we will have to seek legal representation to get things done or possibility receive refund from all expense such as moving in and down payments it took to get the place. The office staff doesn’t seem to care for tenants and the manager is clueless half of the time of things going on around her property. I wouldn’t recommend the trouble to anyone and wanted to share part of my experience. Hopefully we can get these things fixed since we had such a rough start but a few images are attached"
"Had a great experience at The Heights, rented for one full year and only had to relocate because of work. The management team is super helpful. Any concern or help I needed was tended to in a timely manner. Despite other reviews, I have never had any complaints about noise. I have 3 children and they all loved the community and monthly events held for them by the staff. Great job and a great affordable community with lots of great amenities!"
