"Parking is little tight under the carport, there is no outside light for the carports. The beams that is holding with concrete needs to smaller or have the whole carport get redone. Every time I park at night I'm afraid that I'm going to hit the concrete. Also holes in the alley parking needs to patch up"

"My adult Son & I have lived here for 5 years. They accept Section 8 HUD vouchers. Even regular rents are very affordable. Swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court. If something in apartment breaks, just let them know and they shall fix it right away. Free monthly ac/furnace filter every month. Just go to office. Grounds kept up well. Mile from bustop (10th Street or 23rd Street)."

"I just moved in this month. The landlady has been very nice and professional whenever I have met with her. I have not noticed almost any noise from any other apartments, I haven't seen anyone in the Pool yet, although I am wanting to do some swimming as soon as we get all of our Keys in order for what goes to where."

"The manager sucks she discriminates against younger people I have a son and I never smoke or drink this old lady was judging us from our looks when we asked for an appt she said she did not want partying if only she new we did not party and that she has younger renters there who smoke weed at night in the patio , there maintance sucks they don't clean they have cockroaches and ants the appts smell and there bad vibes , she made an excuse to kick us out but it was the best thing she could ever do I wish I can thank her :)! We live at better appts now and the lady super nice nothing compared to that old lady she's super rude and moody , they don't care if you have kids they will kick you out I feel back for the people who live there and put up with that lady ., she says there's a limit of people getting in the pool but there has been alot of people in there at 2 am and some have sex there!!!!I'm never going back there expensive and why would I pay 600 bucks for a ghetto place when I can afford something better at a better price .. this lady is unfit for a manager she should be fired or put cameras because she does not know what happens around there and who smokes what , there also very noisy you can hear everything top or bottom stairs , the lady is very nosy and does not give you time to pay rent or pet fee I'm glad where I live the lady does :) thanks !! If you ready this you did me a big favor !#:)everyone knows she makes excuses to keep the deposit that's why it's so high cuz she ends up keeping it and making excuses why she won't give it back she's very money hungry . Very!!!"

"I was unfortunately let go from my place of employment due to financial loss suffered this quarter. I notified management that I would have past due rent within one month after I had started receiving my unemployment benefits. They sued me, and even though I notified them that I had a job interview the day of the hearing, the proceeded. I have until Monday to vacate my apartment. I have all the money that is owed for my past due balance, including the late fee and the court costs. I have left numerous emails and texts for a whole week to try and give the money I owe, but I am being completely neglected. I am still sending messages periodically so I can keep count of how many times I tried to contact management when trying to correct the situation. I am literally trying to give money to them from my and I am being neglected! Extremely unprofessional. Since I am still looking for a job, and on unemployment, I'm going to make sure that I spend a good portion of my time EVERYDAY of the negligence that is being practiced."
