"Great environment great manager easy to talk to and understanding…. Ms Mary have great PR and try to get your needs done as possible."
"Been here for 7 years now. Pool has been renovated and it looks great. Management has been good with me."
"If you love cold showers, roaches, and long walks to a functional washer have I found the place for you!! Moved in August of 2022. Things seemed fine for the first month…. Then things just went downhill. Amenities: The pool was usable for only the first month-2 months of our lease. We had heard something about glass in the pool, but that is an easy fix. It had been unusable the remaining months of our lease, it wasn’t until our very last week here almost year later that it got opened back up again. If you like the gym, hope you only like lifting weights and the treadmill, because that is all that works. Pet area has not had poop bags yet there are multiple dispensers around. The trashcan for the poop bags fills to the absolute brim so be weary of that, people will throw their own personal trash in there and do not care. The pet area itself has poop everywhere. Neighbors do not pick up after their pets. Maintenance: If you have a maintenance emergency, no matter how many times you call, expect to wait 1&1/2 - 2hrs for them to arrive minimum. Expect to have to call for followup after repair because needless to say their handiness is lackluster. Daytime maintenance is a bit better but so unpredictable and clearly overwhelmed with their workload. Our ac has been the worst since we moved in, multiple leaks, mold smell, lack of cool air, everything. They will tell you they will come at a realistic time, but don’t expect that. They more than once arrived at 8/9pm while I was ASLEEP. Still had to let them in because otherwise who knows when they’d actually come back. Neighbors: Unrelated to management or the complex itself but, expect quite a lot of noise. Also expect for your fellow neighbors to let their dogs run free off leash (if you decide to move in and have pets, PLEASE get their shots up to date, we have had terrible close encounters with multiple dogs due to negligent neighbors). Expect to encounter public drinking and smoking (both kinds of smoking) People will venture out at the public benches to get their party on and do not care if you are affected by it. Neighbors will also smoke inside their apartment and it will come through the vents. Management communication: Management has the worst communication I’ve ever experienced at a complex. If there is a leak (IF they decide to warn everyone, often times surprise! Water is shut off with no warning!!) they will provide an estimated time that is either wrong, or much more prolonged than they claim. If they say estimated time of 2 hours of repair, mentally extend that for like 5 hrs because it’s more often than you think that they will take forever. Sometimes they will send reminders for complete wrong dates/years. You will get a lot of notices for the past! They will provide notice for inspections or exterminators and no one will come half the time at all. Quality of life: No matter how clean you are or what preventative products you have, you can and will get roaches. You will get charged for this but exterminator will often not come. When they do it is often last minute or randomly. Your water will often get shut off randomly because the pipes are old. You may or may not get warned of this. If you do get notice like I said earlier, expect to wait longer. The washers/dryers in your complex will often be filthy/smell and/or not function. Expect to lose a ton of quarters (you will be reimbursed if you ask but it’s a total pain) Don’t bother telling management, they will claim it is fixed and it won’t be, either for a long time or at all. There are many stray cats. Neighbors will feed them or take them in. I have had a couple try to walk into my place or meow out in the hall for hours. They will urinate in the halls and occupy the laundry area. Do not listen to what google says for the times the office is open! They have not arrived many times it says they would be open. They have a paper clock but I think it’s collecting dust at this point because there is no way they follow it."
"New owners ruining the place, poor maintenance and they don't give the proper care like the place use to have before, on top of that the rent went up and besides your rent you still got to pay around $75 fees that are not even included in the contract. Scam."
