"Chris The manager is the most rude and disrespectful person. They tried to sue me for rent that was already paid for, luckily I kept receipt/proof of the money order. They take forever to respond or send someone for a repair. Rent is too expensive for the condition of the apartments."

"They will not return your deposit even though unit was left as found and left spotless. Very limited to no parking for guest and enforced towing strictly. Very small two bedroom apartment and refused to return our deposit after many attempts."

"Chris the property manager is extremely rude and disrespectful to tenants. Moved out because of the way she treated us. I Asked her politely to fix the potholes and she told me that If I didn't like it there I should move not only to me but to several of my neighbors too, I don't know how upper management allows this."

MANAGEMENT SUCKS supervisor Lula manager Chris Lost my last months rent check and was planning on taking me to court when i had my check order, receipts sent them proof and had to pay more money to send it again. more than 30 days have passed and yet to receive my deposit or my itemization form which is illegal! worst part is that she blocked all of our calls and her manager cant even give us proof that our check " supposedly " was sent out, dates or the amount. NERVER AGAIN ! EVERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT"
