"Landlord is VERY rude and unprofessional. They never pick up the phone nor are they ever there during office hours. We went by to talk to her about an application that was put in and the door was locked with music playing loud as it can go. We walked in after the door was unlocked and she raised her voice to say “I HAVE NO APARTMENTS AVAILABLE I ALREADY TOLD YOU ID CALL WHEN SOMETHING WAS AVAILABLE.” Very rude and very unprofessional. We were nothing but civil and nice. I understand when someone is having a bad day but keep it at home. I would advise against renting from this company and this apartment complex. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason."
