"This hotel is charming, accommodating, and there is a lot of work being done behind the scenes -no in your way. If you ever get to Alpine, this is the place. Attention paid to detail and the result is it's very relaxing."

"I love this hotel. The quiet location, big, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and especially the lavender toiletries make me very happy. Honestly, I've stayed here several times now just because of the toiletries. However, this time, the "breakfast" that's included with the room is two tiny pastries (literally the size of a credit card) and drip coffee. Nothing else. They do have other sandwiches and fancy coffee if you want to buy them. So that's disappointing. But they do have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, so you can buy and prepare your own breakfast. I'm not going to be too hard on them because the hotel is full of border patrol agents, and I'm guessing those big guys were actually eating their profits and they had to adjust. Overall, still the best night's sleep."

"We had an easy time checking in when we arrived. The front desk person was very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in had two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The rooms are very nicely decorated. I found the beds to be quite comfortable. The rooms have beautiful smelling soaps from the hillcountry that you can purchase at the front desk. I purchased two different lotions that are devine. We stayed a total of three nights and had a great time taking in the area. Check out was smooth and easygoing. I will stay here again when I return to the area. I highly recommend this hotel."

"One of the cleanest and best servicing hotels I have ever been to while on the road. Complimentary breakfast of pasty breakfast burritos wasn't the best, and other options require payment, but everything else was great! Would highly reccomend staying here."

"I really wish there were 6 or more starts because this hotel knocks it "totally" out of the park! EVERYTHING was perfect! The decor immediately captures your attention, as you enter what is now called "The Parker Hotel". The help at the desk are very friendly, inviting and helpful. I stayed here twice, and both times all of the staff, including those who clean up the rooms, "all of them" were very courteous, inviting, warm and friendly! The showers had great water pressure, they weren't too small, and the towels were big, thick and soft! The bathrooms were well layed out. The beds were huge, with the most inviting fluffy sheets and pillows you ever experienced! There was a nice couch to watch TV with, a desk to work at, and THE BEST hotel room refrigerator I've ever seen. Ample room down below AND up in the freezer, for just about anything! They even have their own coffee bar there, for special drinks made to order! I'll be staying there again! And when plans changed and I had to stay another couple of days, they had an in-house laundromat for me to do my clothes in! P. S. Thanks to my hosts, the Grace Christian Fellowship church, for pointing me in this direction, and for picking up the cost of my stay. THIS HOTEL was an excellent choice!"
