"Absolutely stellar birthday experience at Steve Fields! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff and seated promptly. The ambiance was inviting with its cozy yet elegant decor. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the steaks. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a savory delight. The menu offered a variety of cuts, and the quality of the meat was exceptional. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main course perfectly. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and our server, JD, was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back for more steak indulgence! "We were at Steve Fields for a sponsored event with a fixed menu. The food was excellent...5⭐️s. I had Prime Rib and my wife had Grilled Salmon. The service was excellent 5⭐️s. Bar service/drinks were 5 ⭐️s. Cant say much about the atmosphere as we were in a private closed room. We'll definitely return for a private meal...."
"We have eaten here twice now. First time was in the lounge for Happy Hour and second time for dinner in the main restaurant. The food & flavors are great. Our waiter service both times were a good experience. The only thing that put me off was the "good old boy" management. Most restaurant have elevated pass this but this Plano Staple has not. This older white guy delivered our dessert. Put his hand on my shoulder while talking to my 13 year old son(who he thought was a girl, due to his long blond hair). Saying how impressed he was that a young lady almost ate a whole NY Strip. In today's world, where there is an emphasis on pronouns, the older management should be educated. Other than that, I would go back. We really enjoyed the lounge vibe if you can get a table. It was super busy on a Friday night."
