"I wanted to take time to share how important all staff at this office is. I love Dr. G and her nurses but on my last visit the ladies up front really made a huge impact on me. Of course, we had changed insurance companies in January, and nothing seems to change over quickly. I was very overwhelmed the day I came in with life, my sick kiddo and dealing with the insurance company. I believe the lady's name was Christine that truly could see how I was about to break in the middle of the office, and she decided to put the customer first instead of the insurance company and I truly apricate her and the other two ladies that helped (i didn't catch their names) They were a true blessing to me in a moment of weakness. We don't often see companies putting the customer first in today's world, but they did. I will always remember them, how they made me feel and how I truly love all the employees in this office. I have been with this office for over 5 years and wouldn't ever change."
