"6 months to wait for a 1 bedroom for $850 you can get one in las Cruces for $650 to $700. To expensive for the area they need to drop the price down."
"Avoid these apartments if you can. SUPER DIFFICULT TO GET AHOLD OF, and they dont follow what is stated on the contract. Always have extra charges for everything and maintenance never comes to fix anything. Look for other places to rent."
