"I've been trying to get ahold of someone from the office to schedule a tour and I've been calling and nobody answers the phone . I've left email after email and no response. I've stopped by and the leasing office is closed ."

"Renter beware! They take your deposit when you apply and when you're aproved you only have 3 days to pay your rent and move in. If you need to wait for any reason, you loose your deposit. We had service animals, and the hit us with about $900 in pet fees when it's against the law to do that. Weren't told there is no internet service. We couldn't even watch tv in our home because no one services this property. We also were told they'd open the pool on Memorial weekend and never did. Then they said it be open only when the office was open. Now they said they had to install and emergency button because there is no lifeguard. The pool will never open. It's false advertising. They lied about the amenities. Then they want to come in all the time for inspections. They look for any reason to hit you with an infraction. 3 infract and you get evicted. They just look for any reason to evict you and and recycle as many families as posible to keep deposits. And the maintenance men will go in to your restroom without asking for it when they come in to work. Also they instaled smoke detectors in the kitchen that go off every single time you cook! So annoying!! The manager was very nice, but the owners just want to get ad much as possible when they are low income housing. Don't rent here! You'll be moving in months! I guarantee!"

"Be careful making deposit . These apartments smells like SEWAR reason not to move in and you’ll lose your deposit . Bad management . First they are nice then they won’t even open the door to the office . Be careful"

"The manager wanted to give me an appointment for Monday. Monday is Holiday they do not open. She also asked me for my ss card, to take copies of it. They have not asked me in any apartment, I have the suspicion that they simply did not like us"
