"If I could put zero stars, I would. For the price, there are much better options. I sincerely wish I would have signed a shorter lease. The police are here at least weekly, people do not clean up after their pets with zero consequences , and the dog park was ruined within a week because people allow their kids to play in it and damage the equipment. Only people who should have had access to the dog park were people who paid pet deposits..oh and occasionally, some of their renters will simply leave their dog in the park unattended for several hours. My unit looked nothing like the model they originally showed, and may of the repairs I noted needed to be competed when I moved in still have not been done."

"Ratchet as all HEdoubleL the ladies in office ate fake and don't know how to do their job.... they DON'T APPRECIATE THEIR TENANTS THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO LIVE IN FILTH AND OVER CHARGE YOU...... don't care that there is mold and mushrooms growing in the apartments.....DO NOTT COME HERE"

"My wife and I were residents for over 3 years and loved our time here. The office ladies were a pleasure to interact with and any issues we encountered maintenance wise were handled far quicker than our previous residencies elsewhere... We are saddened we had to leave but are grateful to have experienced Trinity Place the way we did. If we ever find ourselves living in Midland again, we look forward to returning to these apartments. Thank you!"

"Been living here a while. Somehow I am paying about $100 more in rent each month, totalling to around $850 for the 1x1 (under 600sqft) unit. It is un-renovated and it becomes increasingly hotter each day at they are working in the roof. At this point my place never cools down, no matter how many fans I buy. The dog park was damaged within a month of it being completed, and there are constantly homeless people walking around the complex from off the street. There is trash in the lot and no one seems to pick up after their pets. There is an insane amount of stray cats that animal control seems to do nothing about when they show up. Dogs are not on leashes and run up to me. Laundry facilities are poor and the pool is not always clean when it is supposed to be. At this point, I am not sure where our rent money is going or why we cannot have at least refrigerated AC for these tiny units. I also tried emailing or calling the office and of course no one answers and their voicemail box is full. I'm not sure if their staff leaves early every day, but that seems to be the case. Unfortunately I am stuck at this place for another year until my lease ends. Please, PLEASE do not rent here and seek elsewhere, especially for the price they will charge you which is definitely a rip-off!"

"I lived there for a year, the people that wrote 5 star’s reviews where promised 75. Off their rent it’s all bull. Yes there are roaches, and homeless people hang out. It took them 3 months it fix the cooler in 85 to 98 degrees heat. The office staff always says “ repairs take money”. I payed my rent every month not sure how that became my problem. Homeless where living in one of the apartments it took the police to come and get them out. Report is on file. This is not a safe place or clean. The trash blows out of the trash cans and is everywhere. This is a dump. Please don’t be fooled you’ll have to live there till your lease is up. But the dog park is great."
